58 reviewsSince November 2014 (seven months ago), here's a first review for this hotel. I spent five nights here on the 12th floor. Air conditioning for my room seems just fine. Outside was very comfortable while I was here, so this may be a factor? Unlike an earlier review, the window for my room did open. It did not seem like it at first. I’m not sure what happened but I got it to open later on. On the first night, the towels seemed poor quality and tore on use. Subsequent nights, the towels were still poor quality but stayed together. I only had breakfast here. The hair, claws and skin comment does not reflect what I encountered at breakfast, which was indeed Chinese, but was adequate and not so exotic. Service is excellent.
