Shunde Grandview Hotel

I have a sidebuisness in tech so I usually have to go to Shunde every couple months out of the year. Out of the many many different hotels and motels I’ve been in, the Grandview hotel is the best. Sure you can choose a place like the Sheraton, but it was annoying having to take taxis for every little thing. I could’ve also chosen cheaper spots / motels in the city proper itself, but those were sketchy and not clean. The Shunde Grandview Hotel is the best choice if you want the convenience of location but also the quality and assurance of a real hotel. Their location is in the prime location of the city, right next to markets, superstores, and the river. The hotel was built before Shunde really developed so you don’t have to take long taxi rides everywhere like you do in the ultra expensive brand name hotels. From the Shunde Grandview Hotel, you can pretty much walk to everywhere you need to go locally. There is also a dim sum “yum cha” restaurant on the first floor and a club on the second so if you don’t want to walk for food or entertainment those are good options as well. The hotel staff are super friendly, the hotel is modern, nice, and clean. Of course, like any Chinese place some of the English on the signs may have typos but that’s just me being picky, I really could care less the non-slip sign the janitor used says “non skip” It’s nice to have a trusted spot in a big city like Shunde, saves a lot of headache to not have to search around for a night to stay. Oh I also recommend getting the higher rooms, the views do the namesake justice.
