Had a very comfortable stay here recently. Lots of great restaurants nearby, being so close to downtown Victoria, yet in a quiet residential neighborhood. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the facilities were excellent. I’d highly recommend for anyone visiting this city!

Comfortable boutique hotel in excellent location

Very cute and quaint locale.  Even the smallest rooms are spacious with a queen bed, a sitting area with a mini fridge and coffee maker and a lovely little deck.  The landscaping is beautiful.  Limited on site parking, but overnight on street parking is free.  Woke up to birds singing, just lovely.

So sweet

The unit, location of the inn, and daily breakfasts made for a wonderful week's vacation in Victoria. It was the perfect timeshare exchange.  It is in walking distance from much that Victoria has to offer.  The staff could not have been more attentive. I'm eager to return.

An Outstanding B&B

A wonderful b&b to stay at. Breakfasts are $10 each and mandatory but so good with 3 courses. Location is central to city. Decor is beautiful and colorful.Parking is free.Ask for a room with fireplace.A bit pricey points wise. Wonderful,helpful staff. 

Central location and very classy

Really enjoyed our stay at this cute little Inn. Very well cared for historical building with a great vibe and friendly staff. Beds are comfy, rooms are clean and they even packed up a breakfast for us the night before as we left really early for a flight.

Very cute little boutique style Inn

Great location, walking distance to many attractions.  Breakfasts were excellent and the atmosphere was really quaint.  Staff was very accommodating and responsive to requests for information or referrals.

Excellent location

Eveything was so fantastic from start to finish.  We felt so comfortable in our room and in the breakfast and common area.  The staff are all so lovely.  I wish it was easier to book as it seems to fill up fast!  Will definately return if I can snag a date on RCI that works!  Oh and don't forget to tip!! I think maybe it is overlooked by most. Tsk tsk.....

Amazing B&B!!

This was a delight the minute we entered the property. Quaint but modern conveniences. Daily "beverage" charge CAD$10 (no cash)covered fresh coffee all day, kettle to make tea, microwave and breakfast containing tasty, fresh and healthy. My favorite the fruit, yogurt, bacon one morning, Eggs Benedict another and their tasty homemade muffins, fresh squeezed orange juice. Our room on the second floor had a balcony. Even though a one bedroom it had a generous sitting area. Loved the bathroom! Very modern but maintained the cottage feeling. Lobby has a nice sitting area with fireplace, welcome I'm sure in colder weather. It was 80's when we were there. No need for air conditioning, fan and open windows welcoming the cool sea air in. We did not have afternoon tea there because we had booked the Empress for my birthday. Don't miss Red Fish Blue Fish down on the wharf, awesome fish 'n'chips looking out at the seaplanes taking off and landing. Don't let the lines discourage you it is worth the wait and a lovely walk from Rosewood which had great service, thanks to the staff!!

A highlight of our 75th birthdays celebration

Very nice establishment. Close to downtown. The breakfasts were yummy and service was good. We stayed in the deluxe hotel room. Very spacious. We had parking, which is a big plus in Victoria. The jacuzzi tub was so pleasant after a day of sightseeing.  Would definitely stay again.

Rosewood Inn stay.

Nice Victorian style property. Great location, enjoyed the breakfasts and they were worth the money. We had a spacious room and enjoyed this quiet property.  Walking distance to many amenities.  Enjoyed having the fireplace and the windows opening to the garden patio. Bathtub with claw feet and a walk in shower provided choice for travellers.
