.....that this property is currently listed as being For Sale (July 2021) and may not continue as a B&B no matter what the TA booking calendar may indicate.

In fact, it's really caught the eye of my wife so we're driving up there tomorrow in order to check it out as our potential future home in Nickle City.

We booked one night here at the last minute when our other accommodation fell through. Jocelyn was wonderful and quick to welcome us. This b&b felt more like a boutique hotel than a room in someone’s home. The amenities, from robes to toiletries, towels and linens, were all high quality. Our room had fresh water by the bedside and a flatscreen TV with tons of options. The bathroom was recently redone and was gleaming and spotless with lovely fixtures. And as mentioned in other reviews, we enjoyed a generous gourmet breakfast. Jocelyn was the perfect host. Highly recommend!

This is a lovely B&B with a wonderful hostess, Jocelyn. The decor is wonderful and the food to die for. It's centrally located and within walking distance of good restaurants and live theatre. I will be back!!

We have stayed here twice this year. There are only 2 rooms at this B&B but they are wonderfully comfortable. The best though are the breakfasts. The food is creative and uniquely presented and our hosts were charming, engaging and interesting people. Definitely will return.

Lovely, quiet, clean place by the park and Northern Lights / Festival Boreal. A short walk to Bell Park made this an ideal location. Host Jocelyn served us a lovely gourmet breakfast to complete our very pleasant stay. 

My wife and I traveled to Sudbury to visit a close friend in hospital.  We ended making this the pit stop for the night. The couple that run the place are very nice.  Room was comfortable. There was some unusual art work but it was very interesting.  I most certainly did look at it.  

The place is pretty clean and reasonably priced.  Breakfast was great.  

The only thing I found to be a possible con was the bathroom was shared with another room. We did get lucky however the other room was empty so we didn't have to share it.  Phew!!  

We would probably stay here again if we end up in Sudbury. 

Ended up having to stay in Subury for a few days while waiting for a part for a repair job. 

Jocelyn and Larry were very welcoming, they are the reason the B&B gets a 4 instead of a 3.

The room was adequate, though I thought it a little odd that the clothing and such of the homeowner was stored there. The bed, while comfortable, squeaked everytime one of us moved. The artwork was interesting, to say the least ...
The bathroom is shared, which was a first for us but it worked out fine. There was one other guest for the first night. The bathroom was nicely appointed and the water pressure good. 
We also had the use of the backyard area that was nicely furnished with some couches and a patio table with umbrella.
The B&B is within walking distance of a number of very good restaurants as well as Science North - which was convenient. 

Breakfast the first day was good and as one might expect. I was disappointed with the breakfast on our second morning however. It was a ricotta filled pastry covered in sugar -- and coffee, albeit good coffee. It was not filling.  That is something I would consider for dessert, not breakfast. In future I will ask my hosts what is for breakfast.
