Hôtel Vallea Bromont

What was good

Went for a business to Bromont, Quebec, and the hotel's location was within 12 - 15 minute drive from the place of business where I was visiting with my delegation from Markham, Ontario. The hotel is very close to restaurants, shops, and ammenities. Highly recommended. Breakfast was included with my hotel stay and they had a good variety of foods including breads, waffles, fruits and vegetables, baked goods (absolutely delicious banana bread, bread pudding, and oatmeal raisin cookes. Lots of plant-based and vegetarian options to choose from. They had hot tea and coffee and cold beverages as well. Very good breakfast buffett overall. Well done. The bed was a good size and very comfortable. The room was very clean and the towels provided were fresh and clean. The style of the hotel was also modern and relatively new. Lots of local lamp lighting to change the mood of the room to get work done or just to simply relax. The microwave, sink, and coffee maker were convenient. I gave it a 10/10 but I will mention that there were some dirty towels left under the sink behind the garbage. No big deal because everything else was clean and fresh. Maybe want the housekeeping staff to look underneath for this in the future. Also, the large bath towels were kept under the sink and out of immediate sight. I didn't realize until much later in my stay that they were there. Again, no big deal as I used the other towels that were provided. Hotel concierge were friendly and warm and spoke both French and English to accommodate their hotel guests. I was delighted to speak with them and make small talk at the front counter.

What was bad

Housekeeping to check that all used towels from previous occupant be removed from the bathroom.
