It used to be a mediocre hotel but they are renovating it.  It will be very nice with smaller and larger rooms for private meetings and a new spa.  I haven't checked out their newly renovated rooms yet but I'm pretty sure they will be nice as the downstairs is really looking good 

Nice renovation. 

Beware of this hôtel with too many shotfalls, some of them dangerous:
-Tv does not offer visible image
-Towels forgotten in the room
-No hot water
-Very old furnitures
-Phone was just a dead object in the room, with no câble and therefore no line
-Stairs were closed for renovation and one lift was out of order. So you are left with a room on 5th or 6th floor, only one lift and no escape exit if there is a problem...

Permanent status of unfinished hotel

I thought it would be quieter to stay further away from the border so I opted for this Hotel. It is about 3km from the border. Very old fashined and in need of a good makeover. I needed a shower on arrival but there was no water it came later in the evening and in the morning there was no hot water. The tiled floor was slippery in the bath room when wet.  Very poor value compared to the Thai hotels across the border, my recomendation is that if you don't need to stay in Poipet then cross the border. The food in the restaurant is dreadful and I didn't see anywhere local to eat. The upside is that the staff were friendly and helpful.

Dissapointing

Still currently being renovated. The exterior facade is completely new. Unfortunately the rooms are terrible. We had no hot water for the shower. Our room had no window. Breakfast was only included with double bed rooms, not single bed rooms. Wish we checked the rooms first before paying.

Great outside - horrible inside

I'm a longtime visitor of Poipet. The hotel continues to decline. Mold, crappie box Springs but no mattress.  When I had a group of ladies visiting not one staff helped with their bags even though they requested help many time. They just sat there (5 staff). Lazy staff. Better to go to a casino hotel of City Poipet Hotel.
