We have stayed in one of the 1 bedroom appartments in March 2022. We were overall very pleased with everything. Of course you cant expect the luxury comfort level of the Kempinski hotel, but for the price paid, it's worth over 5-stars rating! The location is PERFECT (it's located extremely close to the gondola, just across the street from Kempinski), the apartment was spatious, clean and comfy. And the customer service is ABSOLUTELY GREAT! We were a bit worried about having to communicate via phone/WhatsApp (since they don't have a 24h reception), but every request or concern we've sent via WhatsApp was immediately and fully resolved. We wholeheartedly recommend it!

Great Choice Accommodation for Bansko

Hi, first of all, this apartment building has a great location and wifi connection, but besides that, it has nothing going for it. When you walk in the room the room just smells like a deli, or somewhere that sells meat products. I was here with a few of my friends and we were skiing most of the time so when we came home we wanted to relax and rest, but the room smelled like meat all the time and it was kind of hard to avoid, then if you neglect that you have the little beds that were very uncomfortable and caused back and neck pain. then let's go to the bathroom, the shower was small and had bad water pressure, the water heater would constantly run out of hot water, and the bathroom was just plain dirty that's it. The cups and plates in the kitchen were filthy. If you grazed your finger inside of them your finger would turn grey with dust.

Spare Some few more euros and choose something better

First of all i will tell you this the only good thing is its location, everything else is a joke. First of all when we walked into the room it smelled like meat and food. It was disgusting. We were four people and the bed was hilarious in the middle of the living room. They even charge you up to 3 euros for a towel change!! The price difference isnt even that different than other hotels in the area. The bathroom was disgusting. The bed sheets would come off when you moved slightly. The plates and cups were poorly cleaned. If you want take the chance and go here go ahead, but i personally wouldnt recommend it for the price.

Horrible

This hotel has everything you need for a skiing holiday. A fantastic location, very close to gondola station, ski rental shops and many bars and resurants. Good communication with Silvia ( works in the office ) as she arranged transfers and ski hire for a party of 20 people. Would visit again

Great location

Got a great rate on this hotel right next to the gondola station and although they dont offer breakfast and there didnt appear to be a lift, the room was clean spacious and comfortable. Obviously its not a 5 star but for the price you pay and the location its hard to beat. WiFi free and fast. Reception not manned 24 hours , but there is a number you can call.

Unbelievable location

The apartment was very generous. Kitchen facilities were really good. Large livingroom and bed room. We felt very confortable. They have some heat radiators in case you think is cold. The parking is in the street. A beautiful place to stay. And very easy to find.
