Located on the other side of town from the airport and the bigger restaurants areas so not a great location if you aren't there for an extended period.  Fairly basic apartment but did the job - shower in our room overflowed as drainage wasn't working too well.

Reception staff only spoke Portuguese.

A bit out of town

This is probably the best value for the money one can have in Brasilia. Location has pros and cons, but it is much better than a standard hotel location in Brasilia (Central Hotel sectors). The property is located in a real neighborhood, with actual signs of life around it, unlike most of the hotels. This said, it has to be noted that the property is in 714/715N, which means basically "far" from anywhere else in Brasilia, since it is at the end of North Wing. The neighborhood might not look like the safest one at night, but there are always harmless people walking around, making it unlikely to get into real troubles.
Rooms are spotless, and they are cleaned every day except for Sundays. They are well equipped with basic kitchenware and furniture. The quality of the furniture and the bathroom is high. The personnel is extremely friendly and helpful, without being pandering.
I will probably try to stay at Mansoori II each time I'll be in Brasilia.
Final, important note: there is no air conditioning in the rooms, so if you suffer heat you might be in trouble.

Just as good as it can get

We stayed here for 1 night but could easily have stayed longer as the apartment was so comfortable and convenient. The room was set up perfectly for long term stays, had good wifi and private kitchenette and was close to a couple decent restaurants. It was easy to get a bus to the centre and back. The staff were very helpful, although don't speak English and our Portuguese is limited. Taxi from the bus station was about R$35 and the room was R$180, which is a reasonable price for overpriced Brasilia.
