Hotel Guarany

Imagine peace and quiet, genuinely helpful staff, sparkling clean rooms, delicious meals served three times a day, and easy access to everything in town. Hotel Guarany is by far the best hotel have ever stayed in Brazil. If you expect ultra luxurious, this is not the place for you. The place is family oriented, very clean, elegant, safe, particularly welcoming. My room had a small veranda with a park view and a gorgeous sunrise above the green tropical mountains which surround the city. I usually bring my sheets and towels to hotels. Their linen sheets did smell and felt cleaner than the ones from my last stay at the Surfside, Florida Marriott! I did opt to use my towels simply because I like thick large ones. I didn’t move my rental car during my stay since it was very easy to walk everywhere, even though parking is easy and free around Aguas de Lindoia. The municipality water park, Balneário, is a 12 minute walk, if you take the garage shortcut. Do not skip the Balneário! The hotel is very accessible even for wheelchair users. All shops, restaurants, businesses are close by and Uber/Taxi also available. Reception and housekeeping staff were awesome. Restaurant staff will give you a choice of your assigned table for all meals, if you purchase the all-inclusive packages. I have enjoyed this trip immensely and I will try hard to come back in July.
