We would rank it with a 2.5. To start with the positive- the staff was really courteous and professional. We had a nice dinner there and the breakfast was solid. Didn’t try the pool, so not sure how that was. 
We were not satisfied with the bed (maybe that it is why it is called hotel “board?”) and the curtains were sparse so the little sleep we did get was interrupted by the sun pouring in at 5am. 
All the furniture was old and it gave an impression that the room wasn’t clean- stains on carpet, stained toilet, etc... 
Definitely not worth the price we paid and a far cry from a 4 star hotel. Sorry, but true! 

Somewhere between average and poor

Nice place with great food, large pool in warm room. Also sauna is great, there is a jakuzzi which didn't work in time when We were there. Food is great but some rooms are pretty cold esspecially if You go with children. That is something They MUST to improve

Nice and clean

We organised a business retreat and that's the only other activity outside a spa/wellness weekend I can think off the skiing season. You wouldn't go there for any regular business or private stay reasons as the location is very remote from anything. The entire Jahorina mountain seemed so quiet and deserted in mid-October. The nature is nice and you can easily go walking around and taking great photos of the lovely nature. That's when you want to fill up a few spare minutes. 

If you've come here for a business retreat the location is good. The rooms are decent, nothing particularly great about them. The hotel has no lift and many stairs, so it's not particularly friendly towards any elderly or impaired persons. Its restaurant makes good food but the tastes are certainly not exceptional. It's by no means a hedonist paradise. 

The pool is nicely sized, but not large and the two saunas are small, but then none of these features were ever busy. The conference facilities are basic and just about enough for our smaller group purposes. The staff are helpful and generally no issues detected. All went well but truly - no 'wow' moments at all. The ride into Sarajevo downtown, depending on the traffic, will take at least 1/2hr. There are no shops around this time of the year, so unless you brought everything you need with you, it may not be easy to get the small necessities. This changes when the skiing season begins so that must be a much better time to visit. 

Quiet remote hotel

I was with my family, and I was not satisfied with arrangment.
Ones breakfast at 7, other day at 8.
Very unpolite waitheres.
They do not care about guests satisfacition.
Very expencive restoran, but they do not justified they prices neither with service nor with delicious meals.
No air condition in rooms.
Very good pool.

Not satisfied

I visit this hotel very often with my family. Everything in this  hotel makes You feel at home, the staff is very nice and friendly and chef is doing his best for every meal. Rooms are very clean and spacious. Best thing about this hotel is swimming pool that is 14 meters long with a great view so You can relax even more. Hotel also has sauna and massage parlour for complete relaxation.
