Are you looking for a comfy hotel where you arrive drop the bags, relax with a nice hot shower and then get downstairs in a restaurant-brasserie, welcomed with a free drink, either wine or rigorously Belgian regional bier, brewed in Turnhout, the closest town?

Either you speak English or German you will be warmly greeted by Frédéric, the owner,
very helpful to let you immediately "at home".
His team and family will then pamper you at restaurant with a nice choice of drinks and a very generous set up menu, covering all choices.
Veggie? you got several choice. Fancy meat or fish? Feast on both, I took a nice salmon steak, perfectly cooked on a bed of cooked vegetables and served with a lovely prepared bernaise sauce. 
Like small or big portion (Vorspeise - Haptspeise)? You can select any of the meals from menu and compose your dinner.
In a world of standard menu pillows, the one I found was soft enough, yet still sustaining the head. A good night sleep, even with a room facing the road no noise, location is outside the main traffc.
Fresh up in the morning, get down for breakfast, which let you satisfy any wish
Fresh baked bread, cold cuts, fresh fruit salad, eggs, fresh squeezed orange juice and coffee/cappuccino/espresso prepared on the spot with the right machine for bar.
Free and fast wi-fi complete the offer.

An excellent family hotel in Flanders, Belgium

After a business-meeting , I stayed here only one night. The hotel , located in a green environment is old but acceptable and disposes of  large rooms. The staff is very friendly and the restaurant offers delicious local food at fair prices

An average hotel with a good restaurant

Simple rooms, all a bit dated. Not a place to pick for a romantic weekend. The staff is very friendly and helpful though. Breakfast is fine and dinner is above what you would expect from a place like this. If your here several days you can definitely have dinner here one or more nights.

Basic rooms, decent food

We booked this as an overnight stop to break our journey up on the way home. We had some problems which meant a late arrival and the hotel was extremely helpful.

The room was clean and the bed very comfortable and they did not charge extra for the dogs. The WIFI was brilliant.

The breakfast was a little more expensive than most places I have stayed, but the food quality was excellent. The place was absolutely heaving so they must be doing something right and there were no unhappy faces. I would definitely stay there again - in terms of value for money this place is excellent.

Great value for money

Long time since I stayed here. Convenient for business next day.
Warm welcome and free wifi and more impressively a free beer ! 
Had pleasant meal in restaurant and breakfast next morning was good with copious amounts of coffee.
TV channels were v limited with no UK channels.
Room was comfortable and well equipped.
Enjoyed my brief stay.
Good value for money.
