Have stayed at this charming B&B many times, twice this year already.  Sonja has now completely separated the charming bedroom from the excellent bathroom; what an improvement.  Superably well-maintained guest room and a very warm and helpful welcome.  Beautiful garden, wonderful breakfast, as always.

Completely charming

Had the pleasure of staying here for 2 nights in July on our first visit to the city of Bruges. Despite a slight mixup regarding our reservations between Booking.com and Sonja, our stay was truly relaxing and Sonja went out of her way to make up for the misunderstanding. Sonja's home is in a lovely, safe, and quiet residential area within a scenic 10 minute walk of the city center. The room is beautifully decorated in shades of white, ivory, and blue and features both a shower and a tub. Bath products and other essentials (hairdryer, etc) are provided. We especially appreciated the two cozy bath robes. I can honestly say that I slept better at Sonja's home than I did anywhere else during our entire trip throughout Europe. It was such a peaceful and beautiful place (and a comfortable bed)!

The weather was lovely while we were there and we had breakfast in Sonja's garden. On our first morning she biked to the bakery to get fresh breads which she served with a selection of preserves, meats, and cheeses as well as fresh tea, coffee, and juice. We had a VERY early train out of town on our second morning, but were still provided with a quick, healthy breakfast before our cab arrived. Sonja was a wonderful and accomodating hostess and was helpful with suggestions and walking directions. As a reminder, make sure you have cash as you can't pay for your stay here with a credit card. 

We fell in love with the city of Bruges and can't wait to return. When we do, we'll be sure to stay at My B&B.

Charming and romantic B&B with a wonderful hostess!

MyBandB is a very charming B&B, slightly out of the city centre of Bruge (10 - 15 minutes), where it is nice and quiet. Walking from the front door you get to see a bit of Bruge as you walk towards the main attractions. We were welcomed by Sonja, who was very friendly and always helpful to give us tips of where to go, what to see and where to eat. 

The room was very comfortable, quite spacious and tastefully decorated. The bed is super comfortable. In the morning we were served a lovely breakfast downstairs, which was very nice and more than enough to keep you going until lunch. We did go in the wintertime but breakfast can be served on the patio in the summer time, overlooking the garden. 

My girlfriend loved the pillows and the kitty, Yoda. 

Overall we enjoyed our stay and experience in the beautiful medieval city of Bruge. We had a lovely time with Sonja, and would most certainly recommend MyBandB.

Romantically charming little B&B

I cannot rate our experience at Sonja's lovely home more highly.  We stayed for 4 very cold days during February and really appreciated the sanctuary of this lovely place to come back to each evening.  A fabulously spacious room and adjoining bathroom that is clean, cosy and decorated in a very chic style.  The location of the house is perfect - ideal to walk anywhere  within the city yet far enough away to feel like you are living the Bruges experience.  All topped off with such a warm and accommodating welcome from the host Sonja who has excellent and honest local recommendations and interesting conversation.  A perfect way to experience a beautiful city.

What a gem - cannot wait to go back!

We stayed at Sonja's lovely b and b in December and it was everything we could have hoped for.The house is gorgeous and decorated to a high standard.Our room was spacious, clean and very cosy.The ensuite bathroom with shower and bath was lovely and looks out onto the garden.Their were small personal touches such as magazines and candles that you just don't get in a big hotel.The breakfast was huge and delicious and Sonja was extremely helpful and very friendly.We would definitely recommend and will be returning when we are next in Bruges.
