We stayed in the green and white rooms for two nights. Both rooms were comfortable.  The owner was very helpful and friendly.  The breakfasts were excellent.  The location of this B&B as well as the on-site parking are a bonus.

Loved it!

I had the chance to stay two nights in this wonderful b&b with my partner. We chose the green room, really cozy and well equipped. The owner Ann was really kind and helpful in recommending us some trips
And restaurant. The breakfast was lovely.. We will come back for sure!

Perfect!

We stayed at De Bleker guesthouse for 2 nights and we had a pretty decent time. 

- The host was fantastic. She took care of our needs and made sure breakfast was finished in the morning
- The house was really close to the city centre (about a 10 to 15 minutes walk)
- The house itself was nice and cozy and we also took some time to do some reading in the evening while listening to some relaxing music. There is free tea and coffee as well.
- The breakfast was good. Not awesome since there was limited choice but the quality of the croissants and pastries were great. 

However, there were definitely some gripes. 

- The beds were, sorry to say, awful. The matrasses were slumped so we kept rolling towards each other involuntarily. This made it hard to sleep and our backs didn't like our night's sleep. We turned the matrasses around the the next night, which helped a bit. (I've seen other people complain about this since September 2016; why hasn't this been solved)

- The toilet and shower are open ended, meaning you can hear and see your significant other do their thing on the toilet. You need to be comfortable with each other in the room so don't stay it if this is your first night together in a foreign place!
- The hairdryer was filthy! This shocked me because everything else was so clean. I actually had to wrap some paper around the handle before my girlfriend wanted to touch it.

A minor gripe but perhaps it's just me being Scroogy. The parking was 8 euros a night. Why do guests have to pay for parking when there is enough space. The room is already a hundred euros a night, why pay extra for parking. I think a little bit of extra service would go a long way and making parking free is a great step. On the other hand, parking inside the city centre is very expensive so perhaps I shouldn't be bothered with it.

All in all. A good place to stay with a great host, good amenities and good breakfast (plus good wi-fi if that is important to you). A hundred euros a night, in my opinion, might be just a bit too much though.

Good stay nearby Brugge centre but definitely room for improvements

This BnB was charming, very clean, and the hosts are the best! Conversational (in multiple languages), helpful, kind, and generous. Provided a lovely breakfast each morning. Would stay here again in a heartbeat! I have actually arranged for some friends to get to have the same experience here because we enjoyed it so much! It was also an extremely convenient and lovely location, with secure, on-sight parking. I have nothing negative to say.

Romantic and relaxing get-away

We stayed at De Bleker for two nights in August and were very pleased with our decision. This little place (only three bedrooms) is hidden away a short walk from the the city centre and is quiet and well appointed. The rooms are spacious and extremely comfortable, but there is also a guest living room and kitchen should you wish to socialise, there's even access to the beautiful garden! From the very warm welcome and helpful city advice from Ann (the owner), to the safe off-street parking and excellent breakfast the whole stay was perfect. Highly recommended for a short city break and we won't hesitate to return when we're next in Bruges. Thank you for a wonderful stay!
