House Koller is situated perfectly in the beautiful town of Kitzbühel. Not only is the location perfect for exploring the town and hitting the slopes but the staff at house Koller will make you feel right at home. 

Not only will I be recommending Kitzbühel as an idyllic location for a mountain getaway, I will insist any friends visiting stay with at hous Koller. 

One final and massive thank you to Niko for not only being an awesome host, but his flexibility with our travel plans, his recommendations in the town, and his clear love for what he does.

Wonderful stay at House Koller

Very nice guesthouse. Dagmar the hostess is a super friendly and loving person. Very nice breakfast. The location is superb. Highly recommend. Clean. Stayed for 9 nights and were all happy from our group of 7.

I have just returned from a super week if skiing in Kitzbuhel, Austria.
We are a family if 2 adults and 16yr old.
We stayed at Haus Koller. This is a fantastic place that I cannot recommend highly enough.
It is so cosy and homely. It has many traditional features and is literally 50 yards from the centre of Kitzbuhel and a 5 minute walk to the main Ski area (Hahnankam).
The host at Haus Koller is Dagmar. She is a fantastic lady. Kind, helpful abd cannot do enough to ensure your stay is a good one.

The rooms are nice, spacious with all standard hotel amenities (TV, Towels, toiletries etc). The Haus has a number of nice chill out spots with great views and there is a nice ski storage area for all your equipment.

We met travellers from all over the world who all felt the same as we did about Haus Koller.

Brilliant place, highly recommended

Excellent hotel in Central location. Beautifully clean, adequate European breakfast. Old building, comfortable beds. Couldn't fault it. Hostess was excellent. We arrived and departed after hours and everything was sorted for us to keep everything smooth and easy. Thoroughly recommend.

Perfect hotel in excellent location 

Lovely place and Dagmar is brilliant. Warm rooms, comfy beds, hot shower, great breakfast, Stubl to relax in and bring your own wine from the Supermarket. Excellent. Thanks Dagmar! Location is great especially if you use the ski lockers inside the main ski shop at the Hannenkahn.

Wonderful

Went here over February half term, the house manager Dagmar was very obliging. We were 4 adults and 5 children. The location is excellent 5 minutes from Hannenkammbahn, rooms are spacious and spotless. Would definitely go again, great value for the location! Just down steps from town centre. 

Ski trip with Dads and kids

Nice and cosy small pension. We spent 7 nights at the Haus Koller. Dagmar was really nice and friendly and helped in any kind of things. Good breakfast was served every morning. Room was nice and comfortable. Short walking to the Hahnenkamm lift station, about 10 minutes.

Great location!

We spent 3 nights at Haus Koller boutique hotel. Dagmar who runs this place was so helpful in directions and being there when you arrive. Breakfast is included and was a nice variety, cold cereals, variety of meats and cheeses, veggies and fruits, teas and coffee and juice. Very close 500 meters to the Hahnenkamm where the World Cup downhill is run each year. Nice restaurants close by to eat at. Kitzbuheler horn was another great cable car to take up and walk up to the top.

Wonderful place and excellent location

Our family of four has just returned from a one week stay at Haus Koller.  We were very happy with our stay.  The two rooms we stayed in were clean, warm and comfortable.  The breakfast was good (cereal, fruit, cold meats, prsereves, pastries, cheese, nice bread).  

The location is very central, just a few steps up to the main street.  Walking up to the Hahnenkammbahn takes about 10 minutes and is soable in ski gear.  Better still to rent a locker at the Intersport by the lift.

Highly recommended.
