Having spent the last week here I’d say that the hotel is very clean and comfortable. The beds are comfortable but the general feeling amongst our group was that the pillows were uncomfortable. Room provides a small selection of toiletries and a hairdryer. There isn’t a kettle or a fridge which would have been nice. The food at breakfast and dinner has been faultless. We haven’t used the sauna or pool so cannot comment on these facilities. The hotel is about 5 minutes walk to the ski bus stop which runs regularly. Also close to two supermarkets. Not much else in Flachau other than hotels and bars. It would have been nice when we arrived if the hotel staff gave us a little bit of hotel information. For example there is cake served in the afternoon but we weren’t aware of this or that it was included until day 3 of our stay. All in all a very nice, family run hotel.
