Spent there a week, apartment was clean and tidy, with all we needed + incredible view on mountains and city. Hotel has also quite good wellness zone. Restaurant made tasty food :). Regarding stuff - can't tell anything bad, very friendly and with great hospitality.

My friends and I spent an excellent holidays in Bad Gastein!Our stay in apartment hotel Schillerhof was wonderful.Rooms of the apartment are spacious and clean,we had everything we needed for comfortable stay.There are quiet and the view from apartment to the valley and mountains was really exciting,even from the swimming pool.Food was delicious,staff of the hotel very responsive and friendly.I already know that we will come back!Lot of thanks to staff members,especially Ards Kinkeris for so warm welcome!We reccomend stay in this hotel to everyone who loves quitness,comfort and friendly attitude.

Apartment hotel Schillerhof is situated in to the heart of the old and very famous resort - Bad Gastein. The place is absolutely gorgeous with a fantastic view from any window of the house. Very close to the ski lifts, as well as to the ski bus stop, if necesary... Gorgeous food in the restaurant of the appartment house - home made food feelings. I can addmit that the service and stuff is extremely friendly and helpfull in every single situation, what makes the guest to be welcomed at any time. 
This is the place I would like to return. Thank You very much!

Gorgeous holidays in Bad Gastein!

Apartments right next to Graukogel lifts station. Nice. clean, spacious, well equipped (apartment Top 12), nice views to the Gastein valley. Unfortunately restaurant was closed during our stay in spite of the high season (spring holidays not only in Austria). Good to stay there.

We were in Apartment Top 20 here and the 1st thing to understand is that these are all privately owned apartments under building management so not every experience will be the same.
Ours was brilliant.  We had a 3br apartment with the best view in town, at least from our point of view.  The apartment was exceptionally clean and well appointed.  The host, Kim, was very quick to communicate and to address any of our concerns which were more functional in nature.
The building management it needs to be remembered is not connected to the apartments and take some negotiating to deal with.
Would highly recommend Top 20.

Best view in Town!

Not sure where to start. 

1. Incredibly rude staff (as mentioned by other reviewers), but that can be overlooked.  

2. The appartements themselves were not up to standard. The couch looked like it wasnt cleaned for the past 30 years, dust everywhere, there was mould on the walls, dirty kitchenware, and the ceiling air filter was duct taped up. This of course resulted in the heavy plastic falling down a day later (luckily without killing anyone).  

3. The location of the hotel is a bit of a mixed feeling. The view is ok, but you will need to either take the bus or drive to the skiing center.
