We recently stayed there while we were in quarantine with covid . Matthew was such an amazing help . Apartment was roomy and had all the amenities we needed with a laundry and kitchen . Definitely would stay again just for a holiday .

Amazing and helpful hotel

Take cleaning items with you!  Whilst location is fine, we found the unsanitary conditions in the shower, on the lounge furniture and in the car park utterly disgusting.  We definitely have higher standards.  This hotel is not befitting of its Castle Hill location.

Would you stay here?

Booked a two bedroom apartment for family visit. Very roomy and clean. good facilities. excellent wifi. 
Carpark was free although no alloated spaces and lots of birds. Would definitely come again to this hotel.

Good accomodation

Nice location though businesses do get noisy through the day.  Apartment was a good size. Dishwasher was missing but staff were helpful moving to another apartment with a dishwasher, however it didn’t work. Would stay here again.

Ten day stay at Quest

Quest Castle Hill was comfortable, quiet and located within easy driving distance to local shops. the room was clean, comfortable and quiet. the kitchenette made it easy to prepare a light meal and breakfast. I will stay again

Comfortable Quest - Castle Hill

Apartment was reasonably priced, very clean and tidy with King size bed and staff at reception were very welcoming and polite. I would recommend Quest Castle Hill if you are travelling to the hills district of Sydney.

Great value

Made a booking for a one bedroom apartment with the balcony based on websites pictures. Did not get what we asked for and was essentially told it was our fault as we didn’t request it. No where on the website did it say I hd to make the request. Would have opted for another room as our main reason for booking the apartment was for the balcony.

Website needs update

Good hotel in the Sydney Hills district. Comfortable room and facilities. Good, easy access secure parking included. In the office/industrial area of Castle Hill, but ideal if that is your location requirements. Short / easy drive from the major M7/M2 freeways.

Ideal 'location specific' stay

The hotel is good value to stay when in promotion. Overall is good except the shower room. The showerhead gave terrible experience. It also had loud noise from business park downstairs from Monday to Friday.

Good value for money when in promotion

It was great to see the property looking after the guests safety,
They have plenty of sanitizers for you hands on every level, signage and the reservations team ask everybody as to their vaccination status. I felt very safe whilst staying at the property and the manger informed me that he speaks to all his guests and is not trying to make the property congested with allot guests during this time. 
Thank you to the team and the rooms were very clean and well presented perfect for cooking your own meals with windows that open and a balcony.
