DONT STAY HERE!!!!!!

Shocking very dirty place hasn’t been cleaned poop all over the toilet, dirty sheets, bugs on the carpet can’t get hold of anyone. Place is that old. This place going by everyone else review should be shut down until they get everything upto scratch.

DONT STAY HERE 

We booked this motel for a Christmas in July weekend. We arrived at the motel at 2.30pm, having been told thst check in was at 2pm. There was no reception desk, only a phone number. When we called the number, we were told that the room had not been cleaned because of an unexpected problem. The room that we were allocated was unlocked and we looked inside to find an indescribable mess. The building itself is run down and in need of TLC. After discussion, when we asked for a refund,  we were told to return the next day to receive our payment in cash. Very unprofessional!

A disaster!

Ground unkempt, bed bad, room smells of something sweet that makes you sneeze . Hasn’t been cleaned properly everything feels grotty and in this time feels very unsafe and not sanitary. I should have checked the reviews before staying

Do not stay

Mouldy curtains and ceilings, smelly, dusty, bugs left on carpet along walls behind beds, sheets hadn't been changed from previous stay and had hairs, stains and dirt through them. 3 phone calls to get clean sheets sent over.  Walls dirty and rusty windows with spider webs on the inside. Extremely run down and so filthy. Definitely never staying again.  Place should be shut down.

Appalling

So here I am sitting in room 3 reading previous guests issues with room 3. 

Good news is it’s the same tired old place. The dead caterpillars are still mummified behind the front door. Proof of really poor quality cleaning.
In my favor though, there’s no army of new recruits trying to slime their way in.🪱
Gladly there’s no poo on the walls or blood on the carpet. Reading about that was weird beyond belief...

Different to other guest experiences the sheets are crisp and clean. There’s a hair dryer, iron and ironing board as well as what appears to be a new shower curtain. The air con works and seems to be staying at its selected temperature. Security on the bathroom window is an old broom stick. If only I could find the broom head I could sweep the myriad caterpillar corpses out the door 🤔

The tea/ coffee set up was acceptable and there was cold water and milk in the fridge.

To be honest, based on everything I’ve read, I’m wearing thongs on the carpet and in the shower. I’ve wiped down every surface with Dettol wipes ( however I feel the tv remote is beyond help short of radiation ).

Let’s face it. This is a tired old motel that needs to be bulldozed. You really are on a budget if you stay here. I’m a guy on a solo road trip with a limited budget. I thought I’d treat myself to a nice bed and a hot shower after 3 days of camping. The shower was actually really good.

At the end of the day you get what you pay for. My stay was just acceptable but I’d never stay here again.

Roach Motel

We booked to attend a wedding and upon opening the door were greeted with blood splatter on the carpet and vanity cabinet, grubs/bugs live and moving all over door and floor, dirt and garbage on floors and under beds, dirty glasses and cupboard, torn material on seats, mould on walls and cobwebs and dust everywhere as well as a damp smell.. there was no way we could sleep there and despite leaving two voice mails saying we were not staying didnt get contact from management for 3 days and only after repeated messages via booking site. Was offered a $40 refund and the manager bragged about how they made the changes they were told
To make last time health department were called in so the rooms are fine. I’ve never felt as dirty in my life as I did leaving this room and really felt happier driving the 4hrs home at 10:30 at night then stay in this flea pit

Worst accomodation experience I’ve ever had

This property is to be avoided, it is dirty and very poorly maintained.  I was charged a whopping $120 instead of the $93 which I had agreed to online.  There was food on the carpet, no doubt from a previous occupants' pizza. A coffee cup had not been washed.  Worst of all, there are Bed Bugs in Room 3 and I would avoid it all costs, I'm still dealing with the pain and expensive consequences of trying to rid myself of them.  The bottom sheet on the bed was stained and had possibly not been changed.  Really really bad.  There is no member of staff onsite in case you have issues.

AVOID, very dirty

we traveled interstate and had booked 4 rooms for 2 nights for a family wedding.
We arrived Friday evening of a long weekend. As each room was entered, we were all overcome by the overpowering fumes of eucalyptus cleaner. On closer inspection the rooms had not been cleaned to any standard. Toilets still had pubic hair in them and one of the toilets still had the remnants of feces. One room water bottle had a thick yellow sediment at the bottom, another room had a large shard of glass in the fridge which looked liked it belonged to a bottle. 
The utensils and cups had been rinsed and not washed. One room bathroom basin had a leak underneath and had toilet paper stuffed around the pipe to stop the water contacting the chip board cupboard. 
Also in these cupboards looked like mouse poo. One room had no toilet paper.
The sheets and blankets were stained. A mattress underneath the sheets was all torn and shredded.
Contacted owner who told us a cleaner would come out. We waited 2 hours for no one to show. 
Contacted owner for a refund so we could look for alternative accommodation. We had sent numerous photos to the owner and they refused a refund.

avoid

DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!!!!!     I  have stayed at plenty of motels, pubs and top hotels.
I have NEVER had black Centerpiides crawling over the carpet from the front door and the bathroom area, I left 2 a half  days early. Best things about Robertson is the 
meals at the Bowling Club and and the road back to Sydney!!!!!!  Also Robertson Pie shop is OVER RATED AND OVER PRICED TRY THE PIE SHOP IN CAMDEN MAIN STREET!  You will be surprised and not regret it ever!!!  The owners need to left their game!!!!   Off site Reception>>>>> forget it!!!!!!!

Hard work once booked!

My wife and I and several family members and friends booked accommodation at the motel to attend a family wedding. One group booked in November 2018 only to find their room, although confirmed a few weeks before arrival, was no longer available.
The premises is in a poor state of repair, leaving us with the impression that the owners just don't care.The quoted beautiful gardens are overgrown.
We had a family room and, although the beds and bedding were clean and comfortable, there was no hair dryer as advertised, there were spiders above the built in robe and we had an invasion of centipedes. The came in through the door and someone had previously put some tape at the bottom of the door to stop them. We could go on for many paragraphs.
This motel should be de-listed!

A big disapppointment! Doesn't do the booking agency's reputation any good at all.
