1932 is bang in the middle of Himare and above the Piazza restaurant which is under the same management. A top choice in Himare, the spacious rooms are beautifully appointed with quality fittings including tasteful carved wooden headboards and furniture as well as a quality Hansgrohe bathroom. We had a room at the back with a small balcony which was really quiet and I imagine the sea facing rooms would be excellent. The downstairs restaurant is a great place for food or just for hanging by the sea with a beer with excellent service. The wood fired pizzas and seafood pasta are especially worth a mention as is the local red wine. Piro and the guys who run it are good fun, very friendly and great to talk to about the country and life in general.
