We stayed in the mid range bungalow overlooking the pool. Good size room. Outside bathroom, no issues with the shower there was warm water when needed. Pool is lovely and cleaned daily. Breakfast was the best we had while in Vietnam, good quality produce. 
This place is so peaceful, calm and tranquil. The owner Summer makes this place special, she can’t do enough to help you, she’s 1st class! 
The beach is a 20 min walk away and easy to find. The village is 15 min walk where there are a number of restaurants, good idea to take a torch for the walk back in the evening as it’s through jungle paths but safe. We really loved our time here and would recommend. 


Little piece of heaven. 

Peaceful quiet and very chilled in the middle of nowhere aware from the usual tourist trap the Ninila fruit farm is rural with its traditional bungalow’s that make it feel that you are away from the hustle and bustle of more busy resorts it has nice size pool fab staff who are friendly, great food served. I highly recommend coming for a few days.

Back to nature 

What a lovely place! We stayed 3 nights in a bamboo Bungalow and it was totally amazing. The room was clean and cosy. Mosquitos were no problems during the night because of the available mosquito net. Food was really good and i recommend trying the hot Pot. The Pool ist Just perfect to relax. Wenn liked that there were so many animals on the Farm. The beautiful ong lang beach is 20min away If you want to go by foot (Bikes can be borrowed for free and Moto Bikes can be rented). We would Come Back for sure

Small paradise

We stayed in the middle class bamboo houses. All the houses have water only warmed by the sun, which can be very cold. No electrical heating for the water and no AC in the rooms. The rooms are quite open, so when it storms you will find a lot of small wood pieces on your 

Sadly, there were no bikes or scooters available, but you can rent them everywhere for 150.000d.

The positive part is the price of the restaurant, which is equal to other restaurants around. The breakfast is good, where you can choose between a pancake, egg or soup. The place itself is very nice with its infinity pool. Sadly there are a lot of construction sites around.

Concluding, mediocre.

The Casa Nanila houses in the neighborhood have warm water and an AC für the same price as the big apartments.

No warm water, no scooters, no bikes, no AC

Don’t even try to stay here if You don’t want to rent a bike.

There is no any restaurants, cafes, shops or smth like this around this place.

Far away from beach.

Motorbikes in a rent are old and in bad conditions.

Everything are old and broken. Bungalows need a renew.

There are very dark in the bungalows. Some cockroaches and bad smell.

If You want to stay all Your vacation around a swimming pool or everyday went somewhere by motorbike - maybe it’s ok to stay here.

But it’s very expensive for this place.
