Khách Sạn Thái Ý

I spent three nights at this hotel and it was fabulous. The room was huge, super clean, very cool, and very quiet. At just $12 a night this place is a bargain. I was amazed and how spotless every corner of this place was, the decor is all in light colours with tiled floors and white walls, and its sparkled which is not the norm in cheaper hotels in Vietnam. The staff were lovely and very helpful and kind. There is no lift which might be an issue for some, but the sweeping staircase is quite elegant and gives an old world feel to the place. It is the quietest place I've stayed in Vietnam while still having a huge window and a wonderful view of jungle Hue style complete with banana trees. It takes an extra 10 minutes to walk to the heart of Hue but its worth it.
