Stayed with 2 friends for 5 days here. The room was very well furnished and decorated, the en suite bathroom was very modern and the roof-top pool was very peaceful. The helpful service, free wifi and breakfast all contributed to a lovely stay.

A little gem

The hotel was located in good location, convenient to the places nearby and clubs. We arrived here late at night, the guy in the reception is so unhelpful and disrespectful probably don't want to talk to that guy anymore. In the night the hotel has no security guard i think anyone can enter the hotel since there are no CCTV's. Anyways, the room was clean and good plus the food is great. 

Convenient 

We booked an executive Family room but got upgraded to suite room. 2 rooms side by side but there is only 1 bathroom shared. Cleanliness of the hotel (lobby, breakfast area, hotel rooms, bathroom) is acceptable. Location wise is not too bad. Walking distance to some local famous shop like Huynh Hoa bread (5mins from hotel). 10mins to Phuc Long chain coffee / Starbucks Coffee. 10-15mins walking to Ben Thanh street food. Overall the hotel worth the money. Lastly breakfast choices was not a lot but acceptable. Everyday will have porridge, eggs, breads, coffees, oranges and fried rice.

Location is not too bad

The name “boutique” sounds like a unique cool place but that is misleading.  We stayed here one night to catch a flight next morning.  It was adequate but very shabby, no enclosed shower area so floor got wet, toilet output leaked onto the floor, the bed was adequate but we would not stay here again.

Shabby adequate hotel, don’t expect much

When we booked this we knew about it having stayed there last year for our annual family visit. It was a lovely place in the heat of Saigon to take a couple of children as it has a rooftop pool and restaurant. So when we booked this a few days beforehand, we asked if they still had the pool and restaurant. The reply was yes. So we booked. When we arrived tired after a long drive, we asked what time the pool was open, our children were desperate for a swim, they then told us the pool is no longer in use and the water was dirty, the restaurant was also not fully operational. So we were left in the foyer with two small children wondering what to do next. We checked trip advisor but everything was booked that had a pool, so we had no choice but to stay, asked for a discount, the manager refused. They had left us no choice, we had to check in. The room is fine, but everything else is not clear erect. The new owners have renamed this hotel A25 and is part of a chain. If you just want somewhere to sleep this is fine, anything else is rubbish or doesn't exist!

Appaling misrepresentation

BEWARE!! We caught a housekeeper in our room even though we put a do not disturb sign on the door. She was hiding in the bathroom and tried to run out when we finally got it open. Manager was unhelpful and tried to cover up for his employees. Tried to play us!

THIEVES! Hotel staff steals!

During our short two day stay at the hotel we had $120 stolen from our room! The money was stolen on an evening while we were out (6pm-10pm,) a time when staff should have no need to enter rooms.

We reported this theft to the reception the next morning and spoke to the manager who didn't seem the least surprised (I assume this is the reason the hotel has recently changed its name - to disassociate with its bad reputation). The manager informed us that there is no CCTV in the corridors or around the rooms, giving staff free assess to enter your rooms when they please.

A couple of times when we left our room there were staff hanging around in the corridors, undoubtedly waiting for us to leave so they can rifle through our belongings.

I would emplore you not to stay at this hotel, there are plenty of reputable hotels in the area where your belongings will be safe.
