We have been going to this motel for the past 20 years.
i would not set foot in this place ever again.

The staff does not care of you are coming or not, as the place is sold and putting up unites for sale that you can only stay in for 90 days and you have to rent the other time out with the company taking 33% o the rent.

Never again

never again this place has fell flat on it face

They're not perfect rooms but they are perfect enough it has a kitchen it has a beautiful view of the ocean it's clean,  friendly , close to the beach what else could I ask for .. we never have had a problem and we have stayed there more than 10 times . I will always continue to go back as well .

We booked this for a couple nights stay. The pictures looked ok online not great but just ok for a quick trip for a few nights. When we arrived and entered the room we were hit with an overwhelming smell that was a combination of dirty room and body odor. I checked the beds and the sheets were clean and the beds looked comfortable so we opened the slider looking out over the beach to air out the room. The furniture in the sitting area was dirty and worn out. I refused to sit on them but instead put beach towels on them so we had a place to sit.  We decided to stay and went out for the evening and returned to the room to sleep. The air conditioner made a  noise like a pair of tennis sneakers in a clothes dryer all night long. When a/c shut off the room got hot and the smell returned. By the time the sun came up I was calling other places to find some place else to stay for the remaineder of our trip. Once I found a place I quickly packed loaded stuff in car, and went to office where I had to ring the bell and I think I woke the owner up. He refunded me for the unused nights but not the night we stayed. 
Upon arrival at new place I put our clothing and towels right in the washer to try to get the dirty feel and smell of that room off of us.

Stay away

I was surprised at how nice the rooms where and right on the beach with a great pool really enjoyed our vacation here and stay in the Jefferson . The kids had a great time running back and forth to beach and pool .

Great place and nice rooms

This hotel looks nice on the outside the pics they show the rooms looks great . We stayed 2 night's it's was awful,dirty,Windows didn't lock,shower would get real hot then real cold, temperature inside the room was very warm they had it set at 76 couldn't move it,we had a small kitchen the table was being held up by the dresser couldn't sit at it. The room was so dirty the microwave was nasty it was so dusty in there, nothing good to say about the place I wouldn't recommend it at all . People were not friendly at all. The room had a very nasty smell we couldn't get our money back furniture was gross we were gone alot for those days we were there. Needs a whole lot of updates and cleaned . Very dissatisfied for price we paid health inspectors need to come in . We are now in a very good hotel just down the road thank goodness.
