Can't wait to come back. Most relaxing vacation. This was the most beautiful location that I've stayed at. Right on the beach,  surfing directly off shore. The Santa Cruz Wharf within easy walking distance. Lots of restaurants to choose from.  You won't be disappointed.

Luxury by the Sea

We went to celebrate our wedding anniversary and the days and nights at the Sea and Sand Inn were magical.  We stayed in the cottage studio which has privacy, location, view and a private hot tub on the deck.  The sunrises were absolutely breathtaking as the sun comes up over the water as the unit faces east.  The home made scones and other breakfast items in the mornings were a treat.  Both the cookies and lemonade from 3-5p and the wine and cheese from 5:30-6:30pm were wonderful.  We would definitely recommend this room to anyone that asked.

A Seaside Gem

Beautiful place with amazing views, excellent customer service from the front staff walking distance to the Santa Cruz beach boardwalk and wharf the room was so comfortable, relaxing and clean . We would definitely come back again

Just perfect

I gotta say, I like the low key vibe and it just feels better than the big place next door. I just don't need all that stuff next and the Sea + Sand includes free parking, breakfast and wine/cheese in the afternoon, so it's a pretty good value, too.

Best location if you're looking for a place with an ocean view.

Thank you Gabby for making my New Year great ! Gabby went above and beyond customer service. What a beautiful place to stay ! The sun rising in the morning right in front of you, is priceless. The sound of the waves crashing is very soothing. Gabby is the best !

The location is perfect.  The property is gorgeous.  The staff is friendly, rooms very clean..  The exceptional space is the 2 room suite with private deck and hot tub overlooking the ocean.  We come every year for my birthday, and enjoy the space, the walk on Westcliff drive, the walk down to the wharf and the boardwalk and the wonderful town and shops.  I will always love Santa Cruz and the Sea & Sand is exceptional as a place to stay.  You can fall asleep to the sounds of the waves and wake up to the sounds of the sea lions under the wharf.  Watch the sun rise from your own private hot tub on the deck.
