Post Hotel

Amazing resort. Even with Covid restrictions we had a top notch vacation. Upon arriving we checked in and got exellent instructions on dinner reservations and Covid testing. We were taken by golf cart to our room in building 5. Room was big, comfortable and well appointed. We hit the pool and bar for a bit then went to dinner at the multipurpose restaurant in Bldg 13. We found that calling for a cart for dinner was a good resource due to long walk and heat, we then walked back after dinner. Breakfast and lunch were at the buffet near the main pool and beach. Breakfast was very good and lunch adequate. Wait people were good to amazing. One amazing waiter was Agustin. He moved a table into the shade do we cited eat outside and was very attentive. He was also very friendly and we got to know him. Another fellow we got to know was Emanuel (Margarito), our cart driver. He was really fun to interact with, and he introduced us to Brian, another cart driver who drove us some. We made our reservations for Covid testing and my friend had a delay in getting confirmation. Sophia in guest relations took care of that for us. The pool was cold most days, but doable. They do need to repair/replace many deck chairs. One suggestion I would make to them is to eliminate speakers and individuals playing music while the main pool music is on. Both blaring was headache inducing several times. I would also reccomend signage for finding Covid testing room in Tulum building. The entire staff was friendly and welcoming, many went out of the way to be helpful and friendly. The steakhouse offered amazing filet and the French offered great beef burgeon. The Italian and Chefs Chouce were bad and decent, respectively. All in all the experience was one of the best I have had at an all-inclusive.
