What was good

In the center of everything. It's an easy walk to the beach, resteraunts bars etc.

What was bad

Room design was updated and nice but there was no attention to detail . The AC in the room didn't work (1/2 inch of solid ice on the front when I removed the front cover). It was a nightmare and they finally moved us to their sister property across the street. In our friends room the bathroom sink leaked and when he went to take a shower both towels were soaked through. Neither of these problems just happened. These are problems easily spotted and easily fixed but it seems they don't care. When we checked in there was a red solo cup laying on the floor - not sure how that was missed?? I'm guessing someone else checked into the room then left because the AC wasn't working and the staff never checked it. No manager on duty. One young woman overwhelmed at the front desk and trying to call the main office location for help but getting none. AC didnt work and the maintenance man's solution was to switch it to fan to defrost 1/2 inch of ice. Needless to say that didnt work.
