Seriously.. its quite at the police station.  Loaded with vagrants  pushing shopping carts.. broken alcohol bottles... biohazard everywhere. It needs to be shut down. The rooms smell of skunk and tobacco and we were warned by another tenant to club our steering wheel because of theft... we moved to sportsman royal

Crime haven

I paid a month and only stayed a week. Bugs, no porch light, nasty stove, rug, air vents, tub mold and nasty...employee completed my paperwork because of the small writing so I never saw or was told about the refund policy.

Told about rewards and Payment each week but not REFUND POLICY!!

I was expecting it to be like the reviews. You know the dirty rooms and bed bugs, roaches etc. But I was pleasantly surprised my apartment was very clean and I've been here for 3 weeks and not one bed bug or roach, Courtney is so awesome very nice and professional. She made me feel at home and at ease, all my questions were answered courteously and very thorough. I had all my questions answered before I received my apartment, yes they are remodeling and it is slightly inconveinient,but it is looking great! The maintenance guys and gals smile at you and say hi. They are constantly working and the grounds look good ( I swam in the pool and it was relaxing and clean.also it is quiet here about 90% of the time, the only exception is children playing, security is really on there job I feel safe and I sleep very good, thank you Siegel Suites Boulder 2 staff you guys rock! I will recommend more good people to rent from you.
Oh and Donuts and coffee on Tuesdays!!!

Worth it 100%

The only thing god about this place is they keep it clean looking. Looks deceive. Lighting is bad in the parking lot area. Requested the porch light by my door fixed and all they did was add a piece of tap. I struggle to put my key in the door. There is no reasonable security around. The night a drunk busted the back window of my car with a tequila bottle, the guard did not clock in until 1 am. The incident happened at 10:40 pm until after 11 pm. Paid parking but they state they are not liable. $240 per week and I have to listen to an older lady yell and scream all day and night, which I reported and nothing was done because they have been here five years. Water is extremely hot. Most time there is no cold water. Maintenance says this place has been operating on one water heater for five years. That is too many units. The water will scald anybody. Definitely not somewhere I want to stay ever again. Looking to move as soon as possible.

Becoming a nightmare at 4811 S. Boulder Hwy.

This place is disgusting and roach infested.  We were in a heat wave and they didn't have any ac units that worked.  After complaining a number of times we just dealt with the 98 degree room temperature as there was no way to get our money back.  Do yourself a favor and stay somewhere else.

Worst experience 3625 Boulder Hwy 

Horrible smell of musk in the apartment 360 made it unlivable. It made EVERYTHING we own that we brought in smell like stale smoke and then cleaning chemicals that are trying to cover it up.  There were an uncountable amount of roaches over the three nights we managed to stay even though we paid for the full week upfront.  Two nights I woke up to a roach crawling on me and countless other times they crawled out from the very thing I went to go pick up.  At the time we were desperate to get into somewhere cheap for the week and the women in the front office were extremely nice and they are really what is deserving of 5 star customer service. Unfortunately the place was just a health hazard.

Roaches, smelly, just gross

Don't bother - unless your safety and health are of little concern. This was an absolutely HORRIFIC lodging experience and I hope you do not make the same mistake we did. We only wanted to save money and we figured we wouldn't spend much time in the place anyway. We were wrong. It's better to chip in for a safer place. Even if you have to cut back in your food budget and eat PB&J sandwiches or make sacrifices elsewhere in your budget, it is better than staying here...
