We booked a room for a week, MY husband  had to attend school for his job and the motel was 6 minutes away. The staff was friendly other than the manager , owner  whatever he was. We are smokers which I know is bad but we did book a smoking room, we were asked not to smoke much because of the smell. When we entered the room it already smelled bad  I ended up buying Lysol. I was sitting out side when the manager asked me. You smoke , I said yes  he sales ashtray. I said yes inside than he looked around and walked off. I wasn't even smoking when approached.  This morning  he approached me again and complained about ashes on the steps and downstairs. I told him I had my ashtray and I was not the only  one at his motel that smoked he  looked around said something and when walking away  rudely I said give me a broom and I will sweep my area. He said no no and walked away. If they do not want smoking there than they need to  make it a non smoking motel and he need to stop treating  smokers like they were a disease. I will never stay here again!!!!!!  The staff was friendly but the manager was rude. I did not want to go outside to sit because I never knew when he would come around and say something rude so I avoided him and decided not to go outside for the rest of my stay

Rude management

Location is good if you want something close to the airport. Rooms were spacious and renovated. Staff were very rude and the advertised breakfast was extremely limited. Walls and door were so thing we could hear anything was happening around. It could work if what you want is just a place to crash before a flight.

Staff were very unfriendly, mediocre hotel.

They are very disrespectful they have ppl living here that are rude they told my sister in law that she could park in a parking lot that bird feed in the guy yelled and cussed at her and told her to move and she aas here to pick us up to see that kids and their beds are nosiy and they dont even have breakfast

Horrible place

Very easy to find off the beltway 8. Staff/owners were very nice.The room was clean and comfortable. I was most happy with the huge parking lot as that has always been a hassle with other hotels. When leaving, the owner actually asked me how was my stay. I thought that to be very considerate since I’ve never been asked that before. Overall, it was a pleasant & easy experience.

Great renovated Rooms

The hotel is awful! The carpets are dirty, the reception is not good and there are bed bugs in the room. They inform they have breakfast included, but it's only coffee and juice. The overall impression about the room cleaning is horrible! The rate is cheaper, but I had more inconvenient that benefits. I definitely not recommend this hotel. See the pictures of bed bugs bites. I reported it to the hotel manager, but he just ask if I wanted to change the room. Don't offered any assistance or reimbursement.
