Terrible, rude, disorganized management. I will never return to this establishment under current management. This is coming from a seasoned hospitality professional that enjoys the Ritz as much as an s***y old hostel that smells like pee.

We stayed at Tiny Town Cabins when our daughter was only 6 weeks old. We stayed in #20, the Aspen. It was tucked away and we were surprised at how private it was. The living quarters were rustic cabin like and it was actually kind of quaint especially with the river so close. We had a great time that trip aside from one small hiccup.

Our heater didnt work and it was freezing. So, we had to resort to the space hester snd fire log. The space heater wouldnt turn iff so it was either 100 degrees or 30 degrees. Being the type of people that make due with the worst situations, we found a way to open windows and maintain a habitable temperature for us and our baby girl.

When we were departing we informed the staff that we loved the cabin and will be back BUT we wanted to let them know their heater needs to be serviced and fixed. The man at the front desk apologized emphatically and we insisted it was okay but he said "WE WANT YOU TO COME BACK AND THE NEXT TIME YOU BOOK 2 NIGHTS OR MORE WELL GIVE YOU A FREE NIGHT."

Fast forward to 2023 and we decided we'd like to take our now toddler to experience the same cabin she first visited when she was born. I called to book the cabin with a very helpful front desk staff and told her we were offered such. She said nothing was in the notes but she will check with management and they will get back to us. I told her were easy so even a bottle of wine would be cool if they can't do a full night (economy is down so if they need the cash go for it).

3 weeks go by without a call from management. Instead I get an attempted charge on a recently stolen card. So, it was declined and they called me for the new card. I reminded them what was OFFERED TO ME and the same confused response came through (maybe add into notes that we talked about this???). I then said, how about you check the maintenance records and fins out if it was serviced after our departure 2021? The lady thensaid, once again, they'll find out and call back.

What happens next? A week goes by and they call back. Once again, the call is to collect full payment without mention of the offer they provided. I feel embarrassed and devalued and request to speak with the manager that was supposed to contact me. Obviously, he doesn't like to take ownership and leaves the Dirty Work to his poor staff.

I call him on a CUBE ACR recorded line (I record all of my calls). He doesn't care for my feelings or disappointment -is rude and condocending- and goes SO FAR as to imply he "GETS THESE KINDS OF CALLS ABOUT FREE NIGHTS ALL THE TIME." EXCUSE ME?!?! You think I made this s*** up? Maybe you get these kind of calls all the time because it's being said all of the time?!?!?

We exchange words and he cancels my reservation.

I will spend my money at the inn on fall river or the Stanley.

For the cost, the cabin was horrible.   Extremely small.  The bathroom was smaller than an inside cabin bathroom on a cruise ship.   No decor in cabin.  No where to store clothes.  No dresser and 3 hangers.  No service for clean towels, more coffee etc.  I would NEVER stay here again.  There are so many places, choose somewhere else.

We enjoyed our stay at the Tiny Town Cabins in the Ponderosa.   The creek was full and rolling.    We left windows opened and listened to the creek.  Aubrey was helpful if we needed anything.   Although on this trip we did not utilize the kitchen amenities except coffee pot we liked the room setup and availability of fridge, microwave, and coffee pot.   Very comfortable.

Enjoyable Stay!

While the hotel was unique I had a terrible stay. There were bees continously flying around the room; I brought this to their attention at least twice they removed the first bee but others came. I was sent a message that "educated me about how bees are in this environment, they are docile among others". They essentially told me to live with it. No other accomdations made. Communication poor overall.

This was a great experience, I did however plan a mountain cabin with a romantic fireplace in a winter snow, we got the winter snow and loved the cosy little cabin but the fire place was clogged, no mater what we tried the cabin filled with smoke, I read remarks from other visitors in a dairy, this cabin seems this is a regular problem. I love the cabin and the location plus the property manager was terrific. I honestly wanted the fireplace with my wife on a honeymoon we finally treated ourselves to and since the fireplace was important to this trip,I give our experience a 4 out of 10. I will not recommend this cabin if a fireplace is important. If it is not important than I give the the whole experience a 10 positive. I will not come back to this cabin unless the problem is resolved. A fireplace is why I go to a mountain cabin. Please fix the fireplace if possible. We absolutely loved all the other experiences. I have to give the experience a 4 because we went for the fireplace. Thank you for everything else.

My husband and I stay in Estes Park for a relaxing week.  Tiny Town cabins are so cute and comfortable.  Wild life at your front door.  Yummy restaurants and beautiful scenery.  We will be back and cabin 13 is our favorite. And dog friendly!

Get away

Beautiful location right next to the Big Thompson River.  Sat by the river often during our stay-perfect reading, relaxation, lunch spot.  Very close, convenient, to entrance to Rocky Mountain National Park. Quiet. Away from the “peoply” hubbub of downtown Estes Park—and that was a big deal for us!  Visited daily by bull elk! Cabin provided all we needed for our stay. Nothing fancy, cabin, bathroom, and kitchen all very clean.  Would certainly stay there again!

Beware!!
We booked 4 cabins- 3,4, 6 and 7.   Cabin 3 and 4 were not renovated and looked like they were last updated in the 70’s. Instead of renovating they decided to spray an atrocious air freshener (similar to Jean Nate- horrific) The air freshener gave nausea and headache. They put white miniature Christmas lights around the roof line of the cottages and they were NOT set on timer so the cabins were lit up inside and had inadequate shades so you never had darkness at night. Our family members in cabin 4 were awaken by paper rustling/ crinkling and weren’t sure what it was but suspected a creature was inhabiting the cabin with them and he was getting in to their candy and snacks. Sure enough the next morning a mouse 🐁 ran across the floor as they were packing to leave. Cabins 3 and 4 had terrible beds. Needless to say guests in cabins 3 and 4 did not sleep AT ALL. I’m sorry but $228.00 a night is ABSURD and Highway robbery for a mouse invested, perfume infused dump.
