Management was so rude and unprofessional.  Zero people skills.  Just asking simple questions you get treated like you’re stupid.  How weird when someone has the knowledge to help but chooses not to.  Like their life is so miserable makes them feel important when they can be rude to people?? 😂 What weird people.

Weird owners

We had a great stay at Billingsley Creek Lodge! We stayed in the Hagerman room and it was very cute and clean! The best part about this place is the views! They were amazing! There is a beautiful creek that is in the back oh the property with nice seating areas, so pretty!

Beautiful Views!

Showed up thinking we were in a little cabin only to be put in an old motel room . There was no kitchenette as shown in the pictures only a microwave and refrigerator in the bathroom next to the toilet. Bed was old and uncomfortable. No animals are allowed yet while sitting outside a dog was barking next to us. This was not a good experience.

Profile pictures of room was misleading

A last minute trip to attend a family party brought us to Billingsley Creek.  A cabin near the water, convenient to Hagerman and the family was a long shot and yet we found it here.  Combination of rural and rustic with a microwave, small fridge, tv and internet.  Walk out the cabin door across the grass to the water and watch the ducks swim by while listening to a small waterfall.  Great location to stay.

Not your typical stay. We were looking for a quick in and out place to sleep! Pleasantly surprised with back yard land scape.

We like the creek running through the back of the property and the walking along it. Also a nice bridge to a small island with a bench. The small dock is a nice touch. We would have liked a small log cabin like was shown in the picture when we made our reservation.

Very relaxing and quiet. Enjoyed creek lullaby.

Relaxing

This is an old, rustic motel.  Billingsley Creek runs past the back deck and that saved it for us. Nobody was in the office the entire 4 days and 3 nights we were there. We had 2 sets of bath towels and wash cloths, but only had one hand towel to share. There wasn’t an hair dryer in the room, although it’s listed as an amenity (thank goodness my wife was okay air-drying her curly hair).  And at night a very rank odor took over the bathroom.   We probably won’t stay there again or recommend it.

It's a very pretty and quiet site and I really enjoyed being able to just walk out to the creek from my room
