This B & B is the best we have ever stayed in. Rooms were fantastic and spotless. The location is great for visiting many of the famous Cotswold villages. Beds were really comfortable. There is no cooked breakfast but the continental breakfast ptovided is more than enough for any appetite. Fabulous place.

We had a great 3 night stay at Blenheim Edge. On arrival we had a very good welcome from Tanya which immediately put us at ease. Our room at the back of the house was very spacious and provided for all our needs - the king size bed was especially comfortable. The continental breakfasts in our room were very good - fresh and with plenty of variety. Our room overlooked fields - very peaceful!  Blenheim Edge was ideally suited for our visits to Blenheim Palace and the Oxford area. Car travel was easy and local transport was near, frequent, comfortable and on time. Probably the best time we have had at any B & B. We would go again and recommend Blenheim Edge to you!

I stayed for one night in April and had a very quiet room facing the rear of the property.
It was a twin bedded room and the bed was very comfortable. The bed linen was of a very high quality and everything was spotlessly clean.
The bathroom, whilst not large, was plenty big enough for one person at a time. The only criticism I have and Blenheim Edge is by no means alone in this regard, in fact it seems to be coming more prevalent, is the fact that lighting in the bathroom is not good for a man who wet shaves!
I thought I would be disappointed with the continental breakfast in my room but in fact I thoroughly enjoyed it and being able to eat at my leisure was an added bonus.
When I return to this area I will have no hesitation in staying at this B&B.

Great Stay!

Great B & B!!!

Comfortable Stay

I must day that the B & B is fairly conveniently located on the main bus route into Oxford from the north.  Bus stop is only 100 meters from B & B.

Our room was toward back of B & B so was quiet.  Busy road in front could be a problem for rooms in that area.

Tanya was very nice and offered information and advice for the area.

My main problem (and it's a big one) is that no cooked breakfast is offered.  I've stayed in Bed and Breakfasts extensively and the second B in B & B has always stood for cooked breakfast.  There is no cooked breakfast option here.  We got a basket with cold fixings for us to fix our own breakfast in the morning.  Not even a microwave to heat up the half stale croissants.

I would not have opted to stay in this B & B if it had been made clear that no cooked breakfast is offered.   Even the older reviews referred to the excellent English Breakfast but this was not the case when we stayed.

Definitely would not stay here if in the area again.

No Cooked Breakfast

To be honest, this just wasn't what we had been looking for. We hoped to stay at a beautiful B&B and the pictures here suggest just that, but when we arrived, we realised that the house was right on the A44, the main road leading to Oxford. Rooms were ok and bathroom was clean and large. I had been under the impression that breakfast would be "served" (as this is usually the case in B&Bs). Our buns and croissants were packed in bags and jugs of orange juice and milk were put in the fridge in our room for the next day. The fridge turned out to be too noisy to sleep, so maybe there is a better way to organize this. Perhaps we were just disappointed because we didn't know any better beforehand, but I just thought that a cooked breakfast was part of the deal. Tanya was really nice and she gave us great tips for exploring Oxford and I would recommend this place, but I think it should be more transparent what kind of a B&B to expect.
