Really lovely stay to catch a show at the Town Hall and just go to restaurants and rest up etc. The rooms have been recently refurbished and walk is still ongoing during the week but not that disruptive thankfully. The staff are great and the rooms really comfortable with a bath in ours. Great location so recommend wholeheartedly

Kate at reception was super kind and very welcoming! She made the check in very easy. Definitely deserves a promotion 👏

We stayed here so we could visit the Black Country Museum, which is a 15-20 min walk away. 

Rooms were clean & spacious, check in staff were great. 

Located next to a Hungry Horse, also McDonald’s 5 mins walk away & a leisure park with various other restaurants nearby.

Stayed here for one night , and reception and breakfast staff were welcoming and helpful . The room and bathroom were  impeccably clean  and bed was extremely comfortable . There was a phone in reception with direct link to  a taxi firm  . There was a good choice available for breakfast . I had a view of  Dudley castle and zoo buildings from my room  .

We would recommend a stay at Dudley Town Centre Hotel.  The staff were friendly and welcoming and our room was very clean.  It was all that we needed as location was very important to us.  Breakfast at the weekend was from 7.00 which suited our needs for an early start to the day.

We found the hotel location and room window view perfect for a family break as it is very near to the castle and zoo. As this being our leisure trip we found very good food options next to the hotel at castlegate business hub. Also the fun activities like Tenpins and Cinema. Overall, this is a must recommended for the people/families who want to explore on foot the Dudley experience.  

We booked in for 3 nights as attending a conference nearby. A good move coming here as location was ideal for local restaurants, supermarket and travel etc   .All staff we met were very friendly, informative and helpful. Our room 122 was well insulated and we slept very well. Have recommended it to friends for next conference. Excellent!

Always great to stay at the Dudley Premier Inn - always sleep well. 

Breakfast is always perfect and the staff are very friendly and can't do enough for you.  My choice of hotel everytime I'm staying in the area.

We stay at a lot of Premier Inns and we have really enjoyed our stay here. Lovely large rooms and all very clean. Staff were extremely welcoming and the breakfast was delicious. Our children rated the sausages 10/10. They have an animal treasure hunt and this allowed our children to win a selection box. A lovely touch.

Excellent stay for local tourist attractions - Black Country Living Museum, Canal and Limestone Tunnels , Castle and Zoo. Also brilliant for socialising as numerous eateries plus cinema and bowling all in walking distance. Park the car and enjoy

A perfect family stay

As a regular premier inn customer I really enjoyed my stay. Only thing that knocked a star down was due to the run down on the rooms, I understand these cost etc, however, it did have mould in my room on the ceiling in the bathroom. 

But the nice surprise for my daughter on arrival into the room was an animal hunt, which she loved and they got a prize for finding the animal and the prize was a doll. I have never experienced this at a premier inn before, so that is amazing and thank you! 

Good price, child friendly, good location, and friendly staff.

Lovey stay for our family

All basic needs were met when we went here. Breakfast was delicious, the beds were comfy, the room was clean and the staff were very friendly. The reason I have put 4 stars is because in our room, there was a crack in the toilet and the shower was leaky. Also, whenever you would flush the toilet, the shower stopped the water flow. But, overall, it was an ideal place to stay. If your room is on the right side, you will be able to see Dudley Castle!

This Inn was satisfactory and just as you would expect from a Premier Inn.
We had breakfast here which was served to us by very pleasant staff.
We stayed here to visit the Black Country Museum for which it is very convenient (walking distance).


As you would expect

We chose this hotel because it had air con and we were touring around the midlands during a rare heatwave, so everywhere was oppressively hot. Room was the usual, quite comfortable and clean. I do think that some of the prices are getting a bit steep and at £95 for one night you don’t get a lot for your money compared to some of the cheaper and similar priced hotels that we visited during this holiday. If it wasn’t for the essential air con we would have tried somewhere with a bit more character. However there was plenty of parking, a Hungry Horse next door and other eating places within a few minutes walking distance and Black Country museum and zoo a couple of minutes drive, so well located for Dudley and it’s attractions.
