Simple and comfortable stay. 
Easy to get to.
Friendly staff. 
Beef eater seconds away.
Room was clean and comfortable. 
Quiet location. 
Great WiFi for work purposes.
Easy check in and check out.
Large car park.
A few more options in the vending machine would help especially if at night or when doing work in the room you don't want to have to travel to a shop or over to the beef eater. Only had water, red bull, one flavour of crisp and a few chocolate bars.

Excellent stay.

Had a lovely stay, all team were lovely and friendly with good knowledge of the local area, discovered the Roman villa that they had advised was only down the road also paonswick gardens was lovely. Good night sleep and lovely clean rooms. Will be back

Great stay

Brilliant customer service. All of the front house staff are brilliant. Very approachable, very friendly, very helpful. To free refills on coffee/tea to room changes for better access, to local knowledge for a better experience of a stay. Thank you all at Premier Inn Little Witcombe. From the little Welsh guy

Fantastic service

We were delighted by the very helpful and friendly  staff at both the Inn and neighbouring Beefeater. It was the friendliest  place we have stayed in.
The receptionists were particularly helpful sorting out the WiFi on my phone. It couldn't have been a more pleasant stay. Thank you.

Best Premier Inn experience.

My initial experience got off to a positive start by front of house / receptionist Megan who answered all my concerns and put me in a good mood. Later on Megan went the extra mile by fixing my unusual situation. Also the cleaning staff were very helpful and friendly and Jade was a good example of that ,couldn’t wait to help me. To be honest all the staff are very friendly and helpful, reminding me of the 5 star hotels I used to stay in my previous business days,that good in fact. The only negative is the need to retune the free view TVs as channels are limited and I did tell the maintenance guy last time I stayed here. Overall the staff were really very good!

Customer service the best it can be and two examples are Megan the receptionist and Jade the super helpful cleaner!

Rooms are great and the receptionist could not do enough to help so a big thanks to jenny t shes always polite and friendly and goes out of her way to help guests. The hotel is one of the cleanest premier inns I have stayed in the staff do a great job.

Upon our checkin we were greeted by a warm friendly lady.  Very accommodating and helpful.  Upon our arrival to our room we had a lovely clean room in the new build of the hotel,  so we had our guaranteed good nights sleep.  Would deffinitly come again.

Visiting family

Booked for a couple of nights here while vising my family. I have to say the staff are really friendly and nothing is too much trouble. Slept like a baby, comfortable beds and nice and quiet. We will be back again in this little gem.
