Such a wonderful time had at Woodman’s Farm. I’ve stayed in a number of B&B’s and Airbnb’s, and this is up there as one of the best. The location was peaceful, the room was beautiful, and Janice and Richard were beyond personable, attentive, kind - and were all-round fantastic hosts. It felt very homely, which as a solo traveller, made me feel extremely comfortable and safe. I would absolutely stay with Janice and Richard again if I was re-visiting the area.

A home away from home

We were travelling for a wedding at nearby Oxnead Hall and booked two nights to stay, one day for the wedding and one to explore Norfolk.

The room was a good size and very comfortable. There is a seperate entrance which we liked, and the surrounding grounds are pretty, you feel nicely tucked away in a rural setting but are not far from Cromer/Sheringham for exploring. Janice and Richard are a lovely couple and we enjoyed chatting over breakfast and got some good recommendations for areas to check out.

Breakfast was delicious, veggie options available too. We especially appreciated that they allowed us to take home some apples from their tree's outside - they're absolutely huge and delicious!

Fabulous place to chill out; peaceful and quiet. Hosts are such a lovely friendly couple, providing everything you could possibly want for breakfast. Great base for exploring Norfolk. Planning return!

Relaxing break

Very nice place to stay, owners friendly and breakfast very good. Will stay there again. 
Farm is located in a quiet area away from noisy road traffic and town. 
Room was very clean and warm for the cold October nights.

Excellent place to stay

We enjoyed a wonderful few days in the "love Shack" Janice and Richard are friendly and welcoming. The breakfasts keep you full all day. We loved the peace and quiet, the trees, the space and have booked to return next year. Do yourself a favour and book a break at Woodman's Farm.

Best place to stay in Norfolk

My boyfriend, myself and his elderly father stayed in this delightfully peaceful B&B for a 2 night weekend break. We had the double and twin downstairs rooms opposite each other. Both rooms were lovely, immaculately clean with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The breakfasts were simply delicious. Good home cooked produce and plenty of it. Janice and Richard are perfect hosts going out of their way to make you feel welcome and staying to chat with us at breakfast was a lovely touch. Both my boyfriend and his dad can talk away for hours! We would highly recommend staying here to anyone who wanted a charming room with charming hosts.

Weekend break

A great stay in this lovely B& B.  Janice and Richard are perfect hosts. The breakfast is delicious, fresh and well presented. Very quiet and peaceful. Saw Roe deer, thrush. jay. rabbits, dormouse and squirrels.  Highly recommended.

A family group 3 generations, Half term break , what a find , accommodation was perfect , clean welcoming, breakfast perfect , 8 in our group, with use of a heated swimming pool and games room , definitely book again
