This is my preferred hotel whilst working in the area.  Once again, fantastic service from the team in reception, with a special mention to Harry who was super helpful throughout.  

My room was comfortable, clean and peaceful during the stay.

Breakfast in the adjoining restaurant was great value for money, the staff were friendly and food tasty.

Overall, a 5 star stay, thank you.

I would highly recommend this Premier Inn.

This hotel is perfect for the airport , as always the the beds are comfy and the rooms are clean, outside looks a bit tired and dated.Not a great first impression? But overall the room was fine for an overnight pre flight stay. Reception staff were very friendly and welcoming

Good location for the  airport

I had to be in Balsall Common for a few days. Chose the Premier Inn as it was close by and good value. The staff were lovely and friendly, the room was clean, beds comfy, shower was awesome. Breakfast was great as were the staff in the restaurant. Would definitely recommend the hotel and would stay there again. 

Short stay

Frustrating. The wifi isn't working. There is very little phone signal there (I'm on O2), so I cannot access the internet or use any data, as I'd have just used my phone data. My stay is 5 nights 6 days and I'm self-employed - so being able to crack on with work after my obligations in the day is really important. I've had to travel to late evening coffee shops to use wifi. Raised it on Sunday night when arrived, was told being fixed as prority on Monday, arrived back Monday eve and told it was fixed and had no complaints, so left it for a bit, arrived back Tuesday eve (yesterday) and it still just doesn't work.

Asked for towels to be replaced each day don't mind around room clean in the week, but was only replaced Monday morning not Tuesday.

Reception staff have been kind.

No wifi, poor phone signal.

Stayed at this hotel to be near daughter's location in Kenilworth. We have been here before and like the comfortable rooms, free parking and friendly staff. Excellent cooked breakfast and drinks options next door in the Brewers Fayre. Can"t fault it! 

Great hotel in good location

Overnight stay prior to going to NEC, budget facilities but acceptable for one night. Bed very high but comfy. Toilet very wobbly at base in bathroom, hinges in bathroom doors coated in dust, hot water in morning variable. Friendly staff. Beefeater restaurant next door fine for dinner and breakfast next morning - excellent freshly cooked poached eggs. 
Free parking and Sainsbury’s local shop just over road. 8 mins drive to NEC.

Pre NEC stay

Stayed here again to visit family. Amazing staff so helpful and friendly. Nothing was to much trouble for them. Breakfast next door was lovely. New beds in the room was a bonus  Will be back again soon 

Amazing stay 

Friendly staff. Bed comfortable. No lift for rooms on the first floor and internal doors did not have disabled push pads for opening heavy fire doors.  A little bit on the basic side. Only one plug socket next to the bed and only one side of the bed had a bedside table which was the side without the plug socket. Not helpful if you want to sit with a cuppa in bed and charge your phone.

A very clean and friendly hotel. We had a lovely room overlooking the countryside, very comfortable. Reception friendly and always visible. Continental breakfast was enjoyable and we were well attended to by Julie. 

Excellent Hotel

Why is the same room on Mon May 29th more than twice the price on Thursday of the same week, not everybody is going to the buiseness conference/concert that is obviously going on that you are trying to rip people off for,one rate for week days, one for weekend not charge what you want .
