Wonderful b&b. I visited with my cousins. We were made extremely welcome by Yvonne. The rooms were very comfortable. There were towelling gowns, and a fridge. Lovely touch is the the large bottle of chilled water and a small bottle of fresh milk.
Breakfast was amazing,,fresh fruit, variety of marmalade and jams and hearty full English. 
Wonderful garden.

Yvonne is a great host, very friendly and helpful.  The Corner House is spotlessly clean, beds and bedding very comfortable.  Beautiful gardens. Breakfast is very good. I was delighted to see fresh milk in our mini fridge for our tea and coffee rather than the usual plastic UHT milk pots. Would recommend.

It was a wonderful surprise to find very old, traditional house with single crystal windows so very well mantained and tastefully decorated. 
Bed way very comfortable. Bathroom was nice. Owners were joyful. Breakfast was great. Wifi worked. Parking was spacious. 
Would love to be back! 

I stayed last weekend with my freind  at this lovely BnB and it was great. The house has a lovely warm welcoming feel to it. The host Yvonne is just lovely , easy to talk to and makes you feel like you are so welcome but leaves you alone.You really feel as if its your house !! The room itself was lovely and spotless. It had an ensuite with a terrific shower complete with bath showergel etc,, a fridge in the room (complete with an ice cold bottle of water) tea coffee ,hairdryer ,telly and even books to read . The garden is absolutely beautiful and you are free to sit in it whenever you like .And last but not least The Breakfast.....I can quite honestly say the best full english ive had cooked fresh by Yvonne and her friend And you get fruit ,yogart ,every type of cereal  etc ..The bnb is only about 20 mins walk from  Rye and about 3mins walk from a restaurant which serves good food .If ever you are visiting this part of England ,stay at The Corner House....you wont be disappointed !

My sister and I stayed here for two nights, a 20 minute walk into Rye. We received a very friendly welcome with a wee catch up at breakfast. Breakfast was delicious with fruit and yogurt, a choice of juices and cereals and a full English, and I believe continental. Such a lovely and hospitable hostess. We were looked after and made to feel at home and the garden is such a delight to enjoy, which we did, both nights!

Warm welcome in arrival; excellent breakfast, nothing was too much trouble;  wonderful garden. A few minutes drive into Rye. Parking space to the rear. Would certainly recommend it and would be happy to return.

This is a very pleasant place to spend a long weekend - particularly if the weather is good. Our bed was almost indecently comfortable, the room was well equipped with coffee/tea making facilities and a small fridge. The whole place is immaculately clean. Breakfast is cooked to order and there's plenty of choice of cereals, etc. The garden is huge and beautifully maintained. It's well provided with seating and a great place to spend time relaxing. Yvonne, the owner is friendly and very hard working! Thoroughly recommended.

There's some road noise if you have the front en-suite room - unavoidable given the location. The sloping ceiling is something to watch out for in the same room.

We stayed here in September 2017 during our drive around the UK. The Corner House is only minutes to Rye by car or you could walk if you wished. A bonus for us was ample parking. Perfect spot to explore beautiful Rye and from here you can also explore White Cliffs of Dover east and Brighton Pier west, longish drives but doable. We also did the Kent/Sussex Railway trip. This was wonderful and very informative. Train departs from Tenterden which is about 20 mins by car from The Corner House. Yvonne is a wonderful hostess, breakfast was excellent - a great start to the day and the Gardens around the House are beautiful. Would highly recommend.

We booked a weekend here for our wedding anniversary and loved it. Beautiful gardens and a really comfy room with own private bathroom. A wonderful friendly host who cooked the most delicious and filling breakfast each morning whatever you wanted. Also booked an anniversary meal for us at a local recommended pub which was delicious. We were even given a bottle of bubbly in our room as a welcome anniversary gift. Would definitely stay again.
