322 reviewsWell, my last blog... talk about saving the best till last. I've been staying in various places since the end of January, the chain hotels and various other so called hotels and B&B's. My last stop was Newquay. I would never stay here peak season but during the winter and early spring months you can find a real gem. Absolutely spotless room, quality linen, except WiFi, fridge, tea and coffee etc, lovely shower room. A lounge on the ground floor with snacks and a full fridge with an honesty box. No breakfast this time of year which is understandable. Thank you Sasha for your help in getting my room turned around so quickly.

Please note that this property cannot accommodate hen and stag parties. Management reserve the right to charge a GBP 50 per person bond deposit for any groups accepted by prior arrangement. The deposit is refunded if no damage to property or the hotels reputation. Any one bringing in unregistered guests into the guest house will be charged or debited GBP 100 per night and will be asked to leave the hotel without receiving any refund for remaining nights. Please note that no rooms are located on the ground floor. Please note reception is closed at 21:00 hours. If guests are arriving late, please notify the owners well before the arrival date. The parking is free and there are enough spaces for all guests. However, it can be difficult to organise cars during busy periods. Guests are kindly asked to be patient. Booking.com does not receive the deposit, this is taken by the hotel directly. Please note that the remaining balance is due upon arrival. American Express is not accepted as a method of payment.
