We won a free night in a Peace Apartment in a giveaway. We were greeted by balloons and roses which we thought was sweet. 

The bed was fine, the facilities available such as the cinema, gym and pool tables are cool too. 

Perfect location to town centre also to go out. 

A great night overall!

I loved my room it was well cleaned, properly arranged with a nice aroma and accessible, bed was so comfortable., was just what I needed the fact that I was I away from home.It beat my expectations. the customer service is great Thank you

Realistically, it does what it says on the tin. I paid £35 per room per night , then a 1 off £15 for cleaning, and in fairness the rooms were spotless. 
All the staff were super friendly, and you could make this a really viable option if you needed a solid base for Luton based activities ... 
You cant measure it against any hotels, because thats not fare !

For what you pay, you cant complain

1love my very clean en-suite and clean shared kitchen, lots of LED lighting and natural light.

Shared a kitchen once before, vowed l would never do it again but so far so good, it feels like a have a huge kitchen lounge to myself, very very big sofa and TV in that part of the set up. Good range of kitchen goods including iron and board, missing a blender, they have a wonderful fruit and veg stall  about 5mins away, blender would be useful, may buy a cheapy myself.

This is a very long review but l think it is needed after reading some of the others.

The manager who took my booking helped me sort out quite a few things, even what train to get and how to get hear from the station, she was wonderful.

Lots of young people stay hear but l have not found it noisy,  it's clean and tidy throughout.

Huge jar of coffee and bits left in my room when l arrived.

Sparkling white linen, duvet cover and big towels.

The overall place is very good, however there are things that will help improve your stay.

The car park is still under construction BUT there is a NCP car park 2 minutes away. It cost us £2 for 18hrs over a weekend.

If you buy the room for the night at £30 something, you get a cleaning charge of £15 added - it does exist as we later found out in the options. if you don't tick it, it gets added for you, so on our trip it cost £50 as a full price.

If more than one person, bring an extra set of towels.

The room itself is extremely well appointed, looks to be months old at best (May 2017). As such it is very clean and tidy, neat and modern and functional. Very impressed.

Some of the other guests were noisy inside and the residents were outside but it was a Weekend. Also a bit of aircraft noise from the nearby airport.

Would more than likely stay there again but the frustration of the car park / extra charge kind of dinted things. A fresh booking in the future would see us prepared.

Average + need to do your homework beforehand though

I booked a luxury double room and rang to ask if I could have twin beds, the lady said yes but she didn’t advise she was downgrading my room to a delux ! On arrival the room was very hot and didn’t have a TV ! The bathroom mirror cabinet looked rusty at the edges and the bed sheets had hairs in numerous places! There was only one towel !   And both chairs appeared with marks ! 

I emailed about my stay and have not had the issues about the apartment addressed.

Deluxe room

Horrible, absolutely awful service. I stayed with Peace Apartments for 2 months. First month I booked online, the second month, I booked with them, and they offered me £100 discount. It wasn’t until the third month I asked the concierge how much rooms normally go for. My mistake for waiting so long. It turns out, Peace Apartments charges double what every other company charges. I lost ~£1500 to these people. After I confronted them about their prices, they more or less told me it was my fault for not shopping around before I extended my stay with them. They’re probably right, and they took full advantage of my ignorance. I’ve definitely learned my lesson. Never again will I stay with Peace Apartments.

If anyone finds this useful, I can give you the names of the other organizations in the same building, so you can “shop around” before booking with Peace Apartments.

The Worst Customer Service

I’d previously stayed the week before in the apartment complex with a different owner of apartment and couldn’t fault it.. however on entering this apartment it was a totally different experience.. I’d booked a bigger apartment but this one was clearly smaller.. the bed wasn’t made and there wasn’t any pillow cases on which clearly showed dirty n make up all over the bed, bedding and pillows.. I refused to stay and ended up booking elsewhere, to my disgust I was charged a cleaning fee for the apartment I’d refused to stay in!!!

Absolutely disgusting and extremely Dirty

We booked this purely down to the price. It was a spur of the moment booking as we have come down to see my boyfriends family. 

We didn’t arrive at the apartments until 10pm as we’d driven up from Bristol after work Saturday and stopped off at his Nans house before. 

We got a lift down to the apartment as we knew there wasn’t any parking. We got seen straight away by the security guard at reception and given our key card with no issue. 

We inspected the room which was tidy. On closer inspection there was no tv and the bed was nothing more than a small double camp bed. It was very uncomfortable and I now have a bad back. Luckily I took an extra pillow but there wasn’t extras in the room so my boyfriend had an uncomfortable sleep. We had to move the chair to become a side table to charge our phones. There was only 1 mug with the tea set. 

We had a shower in the morning and the plug hole wasn’t very clean. While I was in the shower the base began to fill up. I’m assuming the drains were blocked. 
There was no mat to step out on and only 1 towel to share between 2 people. They were aware there was 2 people staying and he showed us on the confirmation when we checked in. 

Now I know noise isn’t any fault to the apartments as they can’t control what goes on in the street below but most of the night we were kept awake by people revving engines, beeping horns continuously, shouting and what sounded like car racing. 

I am very disappointed that they have charged us £15 for cleaning when it wasn’t up to standard in the first place. We should be given a choice when we check in. But they also shouldn’t feel the need to charge for cleaning it should just be done. Just like in any other hotel! 

I hope management read this and take in what should be improved. I think next time I’ll pay a little extra and stay in the premier inn. At least I know there will be the right amount of towels and a spare pillow.  

I’ll think again when booking 1 night in Luton 

Arrived at 12:30am and had to wait 20 minutes for the security guard to let us in, then he checked us in. The room was boiling hot and the bed was a small 4ft double. There was loud music coming from one of the other apartments till 3am and the apartment next door were very noisy. We left at 5am to get out of the place.
