Premier Inn provides exactly what it says- clean safe budget nights. The location is super safe with lots of parking.

Great place

This was one of the best Premier Inns that we have stayed in. We had a family room which we shared with two grandchildren. The extra beds were made up for us and although that left limited space, there was enough room for us to move around.  The room was spotlessly clean and equipped with all that we needed for a good night's sleep.The bathroom was spacious with a generous size bathtub. The building is low rise with plenty of free on site parking. The hotel was set back from the road so there was no traffic noise.The reception staff were helpful and gave us a warm welcome. The adjacent Beefeater restuarant was very busy at breakfast time and we had to pre-book a time. The grandchildren ate for free and that was a definite bonus. However, by 8.30 some of the items of food had run out - so book an early time for the best choice.

A lovely well run hotel

4 nights in Lowestoft Premier Inn, very comfortable well kept hotel, clean and tidy. Great staff. Thanks to the restaurant staff for looking after us, special thanks to the hardest working young lady in the building Abbey…………………………………..

Very good hotel

As expected when staying in a Premier.  Like facilities on offer in room; convenience of on-site Beefeater restaurant so took advantage of the meal deal cost.  Great location and big bonus to have access to ev charge stations close by.  Hotel was very busy, but not noisy.  Restaurant was also busy but we didnt have to wait long for service and food delivery to our table at breakfast or dinner.

Okay for a couple of nights in a family quad room

The hotel was in a perfect location for the reason we stayed, the service was really good and the lady that checked us in was nice and friendly. The room its self was really spacious, the bed was comfy. Breakfast at the Beefeater was lovely. 

Great stay!

Fantastic premier inn. Lovely location. Amazing staff. Great food. Perfectly close to other amenities and a jumping off point to wonderful local attractions . We really enjoyed our stay and have been to many premier Inns before. This one was of a very high standard in all aspects. Special thanks to Jayne on reception, what a superstar 

Great Lowestoft getaway

Great hotel, staff very friendly and really nice twin bedded room! 

The rooms were warm, but we had a fan provided, which was a bonus. 

Staff very friendly and helpful, and made a nice change to have a friendly face on reception!

Slight issues with menu’s as there have put the price up, the rooms have new menus, but the put next door is giving the old menu’s out!

Lovely hotel

Fantastic credit to the Jayne & her colleague at the  premier inn, Lowestoft.
Really lovely ladies that couldn't have been more friendly and helpful, and really nice to both chat too :)

Great staff @ Lowestoft 

I’ve stayed at Lowestoft premier inn for the last 7 months. Nice quiet hotel friendly pub, all the staff are really helpful but jayne & Karen who I see every night after a long day really put a ✔️ to the experience 👍 

Welcoming hotel

Jayne and Karen on reception were fantastic and couldn’t do enough to help. I had to book an extra night through my company which ended up being wrong but Jayne was outstanding in getting this sorted.
