Close to Heathrow but not too close, room is in excellent condition, seemed newly reno'd, having the kitchenette was great, note no tv -  a plus in my view, no tv noise from neighboring rooms, great for an overnight stay before/after a flight. I found the bed a bit soft for me but that's a personal preference anyhow.

Over charged me for the 2 night stay, citing cleaning charges. This was not mentioned at the time of booking, or on the booking site.Claimed I had not checked in, so did not receive any rewards nights. Had to contact Hotels.com to resolve, but still did not get refund for overcharge

Annoyed

We required the area and found this premises. The place is cosy and welcoming and had amenities that where a bonus. Milen was very helpful and solved all little problems. I would not hesitate to recommend this place for a stay in West Drayton.

No Complaints

I was a late night / last minute booking .... self check in was easy.
Room was perfect, desk, wifi, bathroom and kitchenette.
Tesco Express just two minutes away, and 2 doors away from Indian Restuarant.
The 350 bus from Terminal 5 at Heathrow goes right past the Tesco.  10 minutes.
I had a grumpy taxi driver from the airport - who charged me £25 ... but that was a rip off. 
Meter showed £18.80.  Heaps cheaper to catch the bus .... which i did on way back in.

We booked this in June and on the arrival date, we thought we would give the hotel a call to ask how to access the hotel. To ask if we needed a key or code, he then called me by a different name and said he has already spoke to me and said the room wasn’t available as the toilet had broke :-/ this leads me to think that he had double booked the room. Ruined our weekend and now have to pay 3 times the amount. Avoid at all cost!

It suited my purpose and the kitchenette was a added bonus!

Good stay

No Tele in the room broken chair and an extra tenner for cleaning when you check in if I'm around there again will be booking elsewhere

This place is like apartments, it was a comfortable stay with a kitchenette and a Tesco close by. I was warm and comfortable. My only issue was the refrigerator was a little noisy  and when I  didnt know what it was i thought someone was in the room but i figured it out so dont be startled. It was a very nice stay otherwise nd I would book again as the price was well worth it. Bed was comfortable and the room was nice and warm considering the temperature outside with the snow that past week the room made a cozy stay.

Overnight stay

Hacked off to be charged an extra tenner on arrival. Stated total price was £35 only to be told £10 more for service. Which is rubbish, why not charge the full amount anyway.  Area not great to be honest pub down road a tad dodgy. No TV in room either. Chair broken.
