we arrived just before check in at 2pm & were able to access the property easy enough. went straight up to the room & were immediately met with a burnt, old carpet. on further inspection we found the place to be filthy. litter down the back of the bin, dirty bedding, cracked tea cups, hair on the saucer, bathroom fan was so dusty & there was an odd stain splattered down the wall that had they had obviously tried to hide with a strategically placed unit. my parter & i both work in the hotel industry so are bound to be picky but what we found was just unacceptable. we left straight away & then had to spend £100 on another hotel for the night. it was not the best start to our holiday

The dirtine

The owner was nice to deal with and property was a reasonable walk away from Wembley Stadium, However the dirtiness of the bedding was clear that they had not been washed between guests. I would not recommend this property.

Not got a bad word to say about our stay here!

First of all, for the price we thought it was excellent. 

Great distance for travelling to Wembley arena, about a 25 minute walk.

We were contacted on the day with all the details of the booking by text. There's no check-in desk but it was fine as the owner texted detailed instructions and a contact number.

We did spend a few extra minutes just trying to find it as there was no sign or anything outside, but you just have to go by the house number. 

We stayed in an en suite room and were very impressed. The room was very clean and the TV with access to NOW TV was a good bonus! 

We had no issues with noise at all, but we were maybe lucky as the other guests were all very quiet.

Overall we were very impressed and would definitely stay here again if we could get a similar price.

Exactly what we wanted

This is not a hotel but a house with 4 rooms rented out. So you will have 4 tenants within. Am not so lucky as there are 4 tenants. Noisy and can hear sounds/footsteps from adjacent rooms. Even having a tenant fully blast his music loudly right up to 11pm plus

The bedsheet and towel looks old and not fresh. There is no mini bar  fridge within room but a shared kitchen. I would not like to book this again

2 night Stay at 34 Lancelot

On arrival no check in is needed, you are given a key code to enter the property and you are provided with your own room key once you’ve entered the room.

You are left to your own devices, you have plenty of privacy.

Simple,fresh & affordable!

Would recommend.
