I went to London with some friends and we stayed at this hostel. The rooms were ok and the beds were quite comfortable. 
Breakfast was good and we were happy with the attention we received.
The location is amazing, right by Hyde Park, and there are metro stops close to the B&B.
I would probably repeat here!

Perfect location and comfortable rooms

This place is nice on a budget, been modernised throughout. Cooking facilities in the room are handy so you can still eat without dropping a fortune on restraints. 5 min walk to sainsburys and 10min to Tescos.

Close to Bayswater and Queensway tube stations, making it a great spot for a base to sightsee.

If you end up in the basement room there is no phone reception. Second stay we were on the top floor which is much nicer.

Bed was under average, too short

Shower depended on the rest of the hotel not showering at the same time, but worked

Doors were thin, could hear everything in the hallway

Staff were great, most friendly people willing to help wherever the could. 

Overall I enjoyed staying here. 



Nice to have a cup of tea

I thought the room was quite ok but the bathrooms were not clean and lack of facilities such as bath mat or even soap. I couldn't even hire a towel or access a towel because they had none!!! very average experience. wont be back

Poor experience

I have travelled the world as a backpacker and stayed in a hostel in Cambodia with a pool for £1.75, Vietnam for £2.00 etc. This hostel is beyond 3rd world! This hostel should be removed as a hostel purposing to backpackers. 
This is a homeless place for migrants, transients and just eat delivery people. 
The residents are extremely territorial about space, kitchen use and what you can do in the dorms. 
I was bullied about shower times, spraying deodorant, where my shoes were placed etc. 
Do not leave food in the fridge! They steal! I lost 3 cartons of milk in 2 days. 
There are a lot of homeless/unhinged “residents “ who wander around bringing in others to drink with. 
Cockroaches mmmmmm. Yes enjoy. 
Please pay more and stay elsewhere.

Avoid at all cost!

Not a pleasant stay at all. Not much positive about the place besides the fact it provided a bed for the night. Try to find somewhere else in London. Dirty place, no service at all, location is alright near two tube stations and Hyde Park but even that doesn't make up for a pretty horrible hostel...
