Absolutely superb bed and breakfast. It was spotlessly clean and nicely decorated. The bed was comfy and extra pillow provided. It was close to the high street with a walk of about 10 minutes. Tea coffee and biscuits were provided. There was no traffic noise or people noise  in fact it was extremely quiet after 9pm! Breakfast was superb and the hosts were welcoming and very friendly. We can highly recommend The Toll house and would definitely stay there again.

My third time here, and ut was as good as ever - spacious bedrooms, nice hot showers and a very warm welcome. It's a few minutes walk out of the town centre, but that means it's very quiet, and very well placed for walks to Thorpeness, the Red House and along the Alde. Would definitely recommend, and will be going back

This bed and breakfast is situated 10mins from the centre of Aldeburgh and offers everything for a perfect stay. Robert and Olga are perfect hosts and nothing was too much trouble. The room was clean and cosy - perfect for a good night sleep. Breakfast was delicious with lots of different options from cereals to a lovely cooked breakfast. Would definitely go again if in the area.

Had a wonderful stay at The Toll House. We had Room 1, a double situated at the the front of the property but we slept wonderfully in the very comfy bed. Even though you are on the road and there is a small roundabout just outside, there was no disruption from any road noise. 
The location is perfect for those lovely walks into the centre of town and it is quite nice to be away from the crowds during the Easter holidays when we visited.
Breakfast was amazing! Great coffee, delicious, fresh and piping hot full English if that is what you fancy. Also, cereals and granola etc available. 
Rob and Olga are fantastic hosts and really make you feel welcome. We will be visiting again! 

We had a lovely time at The Toll House. Robert and Olga made us very welcome. Our ensuite room was exactly as described with a very comfy bed. The breakfast each morning was superb.

Have stayed at the Toll House on each visit to Aldeburgh and would not stay anywhere else.  It has been 2 years since our last visit due to covid but was pleased that it was just the same as before.  Olga and Robert are perfect hosts and you are always made to feel so welcome.  Thank you 😊

My wife and I spent 3 nights here and all good. Nice room with great shower and comfy bed. Rob & Olga are very nice and keep the place neat and tidy. Breakfasts are cooked to order with good choice and very nice. Good location, only 10 minutes to town. well worth staying here

Totally customer focused couple run this guest house. Room clean and good size with ensuite toilet and shower. Breakfast cooked to order with extensive menu. Location ideal, about 10 minutes walk into centre of Aldeburgh. Cannot fault this B&B.

Fantastic breakfast and service. The room was clean and fresh we had good nights sleep both nights. It's less than a 10 minute walk into town which is ideal for the local pubs. Would highly recommend.

My wife and I spent two peaceful nights at the Toll House B&B, and two wonderful days at he Benjamin Britten Red House. The Toll House is less than one mile from the Red House, and about a half-mile from the town center of Aldeburgh. THe hosts, Olga and Robert, were friendly and helpful, and Robert’s breakfasts were wonderful. Parking is easy and safe, the WiFi is good, and the room (though small) was sparkling clean and quiet.
