I’ve stayed in plenty of premier inns before, you get what you pay for and I’ve never had a problem but Tameside (Hyde) are quite simply the best. The friendliest staff, the cleanest rooms and the most comfortable bed. We couldn’t fault a single thing and at a ridiculously low price too. We’d come back in a heartbeat, we couldn’t recommend highly enough. Thank you!

A fantastic hotel, we couldn’t fault a single thing.

As a disabled person I would like to share my highly positive experiences whilst staying at the Premier Inn Manchester Tameside (Hyde) hotel. The staff in the hotel and the Mottram Wood - Pub & Carvery have been very helpful and so understanding. 
All the hotel reception team and cleaners have been really supportive during my many recent stays at the hotel. I can't thank them enough for how they have made my time at the Premier Inn so positive.
I would particular like to thank Chloe, who has been a star and deserves additional recognition for what she has done to help make my time at the hotel such a good experience.

Excellent staff,  friendly and really polite. Rooms really tidy and clean. Everyone working there, were helpful and went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed couldn't fault it one bit, room was spacious for a family with teenage children

We stay here regularly and our last one was 21st Dec for 3 nights. We always receive a fab friendly greeting on arrival. So thank you to Mo, Gemma, Chloe, Emma, Luke, Aiden, Ruby, Sam and Joanna. Hope I've not missed anyone as all staff are friendly and helpful. Also a shout out to Chantelle for help with a name change on a booking for us and our daughter and family. These people are amazing and extremely helpful. Highly recommended

Brilliant stay as always

Stopped at Hyde once again and had a great stay. Had our grandson with us and had a family room. Great beds and plenty of room for the three of us in the room. Great nights sleep as always and met my daughter for breakfast in the morning. Yvonne was in the restaurant as usual for the breakfast and was working as hard as ever. Organising, replenishing stocks, answering folks queries and keeping the tables clean and tidy. Great selection from the cold table and plenty of freshly cooked food on the hot plate. We will be back again.

Another stay at Hyde

Stopped here while travelling around Manchester as a solo traveller, was absolutely fantastic from start to finish.

Amazing stay, lovely rooms and brilliant service. 10/10.

Really lovely place to stay, all the staff I met there were so friendly, but special shout out to Ruby (I think her name is? Sorry if I got it wrong- think she’s a manager?) who nothing was too much for! 
Felt like a home away from home and will definitely be staying again next time I’m up this way!

This Premier Inn may not be the prettiest but it has brilliant service in the Hotel and for breakfast in the pub next door. I stay here a lot for business and the staff are great, rooms are always clean and fresh. Nothing is too much trouble and Chloe on the front desk goes above and beyond to make sure all the guests are happy.There is lots of parking (at the back of the hotel) and a Tesco near-by in case you have forgotten anything.
The only downside is the pub is appalling in the evening if you want a meal. Service is poor, very slow and they often run out of items. Vegan/vegetarian items very limited unless you want extremly spicy food.As a lone female I find it an unplesant environment in the evenings.

Excellent Service

I donknow I can findc200 characters. As with all Premier inns it offers a basic level of accommodation. This one looks very tired . The noise insulation internally is not good. Parking and check in were fine but the adjacent greene king pub and restaurant was definitely not the best
