The hotel staff were warm and welcoming. My room and bathroom were immaculate and spotlessly clean. I had plenty of tea and coffee and I loved the vanity area with hairdryer. My bed was so comfortable and I had a great night's sleep. I'll definitely be returning. 

Great place to stay

ALL of the staff at this hotel are absolutely amazing, so welcoming and can’t do enough. Really friendly and great with the children. Breakfast was amazing! Can’t praise the place enough! AMAZING!!!!!

Best family friendly hotel around with the best staff! 

On arrival the lady on the desk was present and polite. Happy and helpful.
In the morning the desk staff were exactly the same and .
But the rooms are brilliant layout and everything in them is as needed. Clean and tidy. 
But the best part of the hotel are the two in the restaurant. We asked if we would eb able to come a lil early and they were more than accommodating. So we did and we chated to the staff and the were brilliant. The food was spot on and the feel and atmosphere was great  deffinatly worth a stay here and defiantly worth getting the breakfast 

Brilliant hotel 

Very satisfied. Staff are very polite and friendly. The room is cleaned, fresh bedding, towels etc straight away on request. It is safe, secure and quiet and night to get a good rest and good nights sleep. The Toby Carvery is right next door which is a lovely & delicious pub /restaurant. Child friendly.

My stay

Great welcome upon arrival, room was nice and clean, bed was comfy and spacious. Breakfast was amazing as it always is in this branch, the chef really makes an effort and goes that extra mile at the \caerphilly outlet. Everything was spot on.

Great as always with Premier Inn

Good stay at a Premier Inn, usual room, excellent helpful staff. Special thing is they have their breakfast room, so breakfast was freshly cooked specifically to order, not a buffet, still very quick.

Great Stay, Excellent Service

Honestly an awesome stay! Was meant to be for one night but ended up staying another and staff were more than accommodating to that and even let us stay in the same room As we were in the first night! 

Nice and relaxing

The whole experience was first class from arrival until we left. The gentleman on reception was very helpful with a sense of humour & nothing was too much trouble. The breakfast was excellent with both the Chef & Waitress very welcoming. They both had a great sense of humour & big smiles , despite it being very busy. It was cooked & served very well .

Excellent friendly staff

Amazingi value for money. Lovely friendly staff who were very helpful. Good room and bed. Only downside was very noisy fan in bathroom. If one person used bathroom in the night the noisy fan would wake everyone up.

Exceptional value for money.

Been to this Premier Inn several times before.    You know what to expect from a Premier Inn, but this one always pleases.    Lovely staff, easy parking, clean, and nicely maintained    Comfortable and quiet room, and always a good breakfast.  Plus a great location,  and next to a Carvery.  Only downside is no air conditioning.      iWe'll  be back!
