We had a wonderful stay of 9 nights over Christmas. The room had a river view and it was quietly situated. The bed and pillows were very comfortable and the on-site restaurant was really handy.  Many thanks to the wonderful staff there. 

Lovely visit

The reception team was amazing. Donna was the only member of staff on and she was the happiest most attentive staff member and nothing was too much trouble. The breakfast was delicious as well. Easy check out. Brilliant over night stay. X

Great night away

Both my partner and I have mobility issues and the staff were very accommodating. The young man on reception called Cameron went above and beyond, he seemed knowledgeable about the area and was a very professional and polite young man it was nice to be greeted by his ever smiling face. Hopefully he will be on duty the next time we visit.

Excellent reception 

Great room. Staff were excellent…a young chap stood out tho his name was Cameron he was so catering. I could tell he cared a lot about the guests experience a complete asset to your company. I do hope he gets to see this feedback as he’s doing a superb job. I will be back thanks again for a great stay.

Great stay thanks again

We stay here a couple of times a year , always happy, what’s not to like , clean, warm, friendly welcoming staff. This visit was made particularly pleasant by Cameron, a delightful young man, courteous, professional, friendly, welcoming, went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed for a perfect stay. Top Marks, the world needs more Cameron’s.

Don’t stay on ground floor as they have elephants in the room above you. 

If you like smoking green weed this is the place for you. The 4 polish blokes in bar will allow you to get high without even smoking it. Absolutely stinks. 

Bar staff - if you’re looking to have a drink and get tipsy you’ll need to sneak in your own as the girls working the bar are more interested in talking to their mates than serving customers. 

Ended up moving tables away from the weed heads as the bar staff weren’t prepared to ask them to leave. 

I’ve stayed here loads over the years. HIGHLY unlikely to stay here again. 

There’s a holiday inn express round corner - much better, or even the tontine hotel in the town but slightly more expensive. 

Buildings dilapidated. Bathrooms are damp, I ended up leaving in the middle of the night as felt like I was in turkeys earthquake with the noise from room above. 

Absolutely rubbish stay. 

Pub next door…. Steak was still mooing despite asking for medium - well done. 

Cheap for a reason

Great Staff as always Nice room. Clean & Comfortable bed. Good location for centre of Greenock & Retail shopping. Ideal location for local Ferries & trains. Easy striking distance fir local attractions

The premier in Greenock was in a great location. Room.was spacious enough for me, a 15&11 year old. Beds were extremely comfy , I had a great sleep both nights. Blackout curtains were an added bonus. We ate at the restaurant which was great. They served a lovely breakfast and food was of great quality plus kids ate free which was amazing. We were here for a funeral so we wanted somewhere local and peaceful which is exactly what we got. If you stay here you'll not be disappointed.

Great place on the Clyde

We were very pleased to be allocated a first floor room overlooking the Clyde and consequently looking out to Helensborough and the mountains beyond. The room was clean with a very comfy bed. Eating was in the Brewers Fayre next door and other than the first tried veggies option for breakfast once the food was excellent.
