Lovely house. Very clean and the owners are so welcoming and accomodating. Really recommend. Easy walking distance from town ( 5 mins) and from the beach. Beds are very comfy and food is very nice. Great place to stay if you want to go exploring or have a nice relaxing stay.

Stunning.

Super comfortable stay in a single room - I felt very safe and the check in process and instructions were really clear and easy. There's a homely feel and the owners are a wealth of local knowledge and can provide all sorts of maps and suggestions. The location is phenomenal - you can walk to the beach and a supermarket in less than 10 minutes and the Princess Pavilions are a 5 minute walk away. Great place to stay in Falmouth!

Super comfortable, safe and homely in superb location!

Trelawney guest house is in the perfect location and is a lovely home. All the staff are lovely and very polite. The rooms are all kept very clean.  We couldn't have asked for a better holiday and this definitely made it worth while.

Trelawney guest house.

We stayed at Trelawney, being booked for us by Rabbie's, and found it perfectly lovely.  Our room upstairs was fairly large, although the bathroom was tiny, but the shower worked great.  There was a fan in the room, which I love because of the white noise it provides, and the window could be opened as well.  Tessa was a trove of information about Falmouth, and where to eat, and how to get there, and was also very attentive at a delicious hot breakfast.  Some in our group decided  to order in and she offered the breakfast room for them to eat in.  I would absolutely stay here again.

Perfectly restful stay at Trelawney Guest House.

Overpriced for very basic facilities. I was overcharged for a shoe box of an en suite room with no view whatsoever just a white washed window and  a broom cupboard for a bathroom ! Breakfast was mediocre, what a joke! Unfortunately this was booked by Rabbies which totally baffles me. As for the owner Tessa ...  DO NOT STAY HERE !!

DEFINITELY NOT 4 STAR !!

Tessa was so wonderful and helpful and I would recommend anyone travelling to Falmouth to stay here at Trelawney Guest House. Tessa really came through and saved the day when we booked a room for my uncle the day of arrival. My uncle said his room was very bigggg and very beautifully decorated. Tessa told us the best places to go in Falmouth. I differently would recommend staying here, very close to the beach. Differently will be booking again.

Beautiful Place to Stay for your Holiday

Just want to say thank to the Trelawney guest house for accommodating myself and my 3 co workers at sort notice for the week. Beautiful guest house with great rooms also the host was amazing and went above and beyond. Location was amazing as well thank you so much for looks after us, will Definitely be coming back highly recommend the Trelawany guest house to anyone.

Trelawney Guest House

Very rude and unprofessional landlady.

We got told breakfast was included but not once did anyone staying there get breakfast. She told them they were allowed to use her facilities eg, Kitchen, fridge etc, she then locked the communal area because the lads were sat in there having a few beers after work.
She supplied ashtrays on the balcony but said that it was illegal to smoke on balcony's? and then started handing out fines to people like she was the police... 
She had drinks in her fridge but billed the lads when they had a bottle of water.
She rang and accused one of the lads of steeling her shower gel which she provided in the bathrooms - which none of the lads wanted to used because they would of probably been billed for it. 
She went round her guest house preaching about the government guide lines on the Covid 19 rules but not once did she follow them walking round and speaking to people without a mask one!
and then had the cheek to  send them all covid guidelines!!!!

She did not once make the lads feel welcome at her guest house and they constantly felt like they where treading on egg shells

We spent two nights at Trelawney Guest House in Falmouth, Cornwall, England. The location is perfect, equidistant between the harbor and the beach.

The house is well kept, the bedrooms were clean and comfortable, and breakfast was delicious.

The house was an excellent value, and we'd happily come back.

Perfect location in Falmouth

Had a last minute change of destination and decided to leave Plymouth for Falmouth. Did a quick search and looked up the reviews and decided on the Trelawney. 
A very welcoming place and was met by the friendly owner Tessa who is very helpful. Found the room with en-suite clean, tidy with a nice firm bed with plenty of tea & coffee. Clean Towels included. With only a 10 minute walk to the town centre it’s a perfect place to stay. Just be mindful that it’s an up hill walk back to the B & B 😁
A reasonable rate for the area. 
Have booked again for next week.
