What was good

Closest I could find to the cathedral but still a hike up a very steep hill and not as close as the website claims. Good car parking. Bed was delicious.

What was bad

Work was being done to upgrade which was mentioned but it was very noisy in my room the first day with hammering, and a real mess in the corridors as carpets were laid. Water off for 4 hours on second day there. Lift doesn't work after 11pm until 6am. I'm disabled and told them the room was too far for me but no offer of change made. (Lift to 2nd floor, walk along corridor, across bridge, lift to 1st floor then to room!) Aircon in room didn't work, and drain blocked in bath.
