Such sad news hearing the fabulous Tracey & Nick have had to close their B&B due to it being sold.
They have built the business and reputation into just a legend. Creating a home from home for all their guests, giving 200% of themselves to running their B&B and making sure every single guest has the best experience for their stay. Nothing has been too much trouble, they opened up their home and garden to us all, making each and everyone's stay just perfection.
Tracey's breakfast was just delicious and she would cook you anything, again, attention to what her guests required was just second to none.
Although the cottage is beautiful along with the garden, ponds, river, fresh vegetables growing and fresh eggs from their rescued hens, it was Tracey, Nick and the gorgeous Sid who made this B&B what it truly was, and even if it reopens as a B&B again, we won't be going back to stay, along with many other guests we have become friends with, sadly, it just wouldn't be the same ever again.
They have a talent for attention to detail, absolute care & devotion to guests unlike any other place we have stayed and we all know any new people wanting to follow in their footsteps, would never come up to their very high standards, sad to say, but very true.
Tracey & Nick, you will be so very missed by us all, we wish you all the very best with your new life.



Devastated at its closure😢

I can not recommend this wonderful bnb highly enough. Tracey and Nick went mega above and beyond to make our stay truly special. We were so comfortable and had a fantastic, very romantic time. The breakfasts were incredible. The local pub was v nice and the river walks were gorgeous. Their gardens are so pretty- so lovely for an evening drink. Thank you so much for to Tracey and Nick for the very special touches. Stay here! 

A wonderful place! 

If I could leave more than 5stars I would.. The hosts are amazing and Syd (the family pug) is just delightful!!! Breakfast was delicious and spot on time every morning. The company and conversation was worth way more than what I paid (which was not a lot at all for the amenities). I really enjoyed my stay 10/10 would recommend!!!

Wonderful Stay!!

Oh how we have fallen in love with the amazing B&B and the owners plus Sid the Pug🐾😍   
Tracey & Nick who run this beautiful place, do anything they can to make sure your stay is just perfect. 
Tracey cooks a very yummy breakfast and will cook it for the time that suits you, which is a very pleasant change from most other B&B's. Eggs are fresh from the hens at the bottom of the garden, they have to be visited on your stay🐓
Sid the pug is just adorable, we love seeing him on our return.
And if you are lucky, you may just see the deer who visit the garden.
You will not be disappointed!

Fabulous - Fabulous - Fabulous

What an enchanting place. Stayed here along with fellow musicians & partner. Was lucky enough to stay in the cottage part itself, whilst my colleagues stayed in the more modern purpose built rooms at the side. I was absolutely enchanted by my room & own bathroom in the circa 1411 house with it's delightfully wonky floors & stained glass windows! Bed was so comfortable & bathroom large with a giant bath & lovely separate shower. We even had mini cakes waiting for us next to the tea & coffee making table. My colleagues also enjoyed their more modern rooms with all the comforts of home & still cosy, in their own private 'wing'.
The hosts were wonderful as they welcomed us into their home & looked after us so well, with their adorable pug who greeted us with a soft toy. 
I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone... especially if you want to see & experience a real piece of history! Wonderful! Thank you. 

Stunning

Stayed here for 5 nights it is a Beautiful house and lovely garden you can hear the birds. Tracey is lovely very welcoming. The rooms are immaculate even get a cake on arrival, Bed was very comfy, excellent breakfast, Plenty of parking you can leave your car there. And not for getting SID the dog so cute.

Love this place, it's a real gem. Beautifully run by a fantastic couple Tracey & Nick.
Comfy bed, big room, little treats left by the kettle on our return from a day out and Tracey knows how to cook the best breakfast ever.
Beautiful huge garden to sit in and walk around, and a walk down to the bottom of the garden to visit the chickens is a must, who by the way, give you your delicious eggs in the morning.
Tracey & Nick are just amazing hosts and Sid the gorgeous little black Pug is just adorable.
Can't speak highly enough of this beautiful thatched B&B.


Just Perfect!

Stayed here with friend we were so impressed Tracey was so welcoming... Room bedding etc was immaculate...with cup cakes on arrival..She booked us a taxi for our day... 
Sid was so cute...( the dog)
Breakfast was perfect
Will def be back hopefully next year.
