Excellent little place in a way 👍🏼 Food wasnt the best the bathroom was abit mouldy but owner is mad as a box of frogs but with my wife im use to the bollocks now. The view out window is good. All in all was not a bad stay but i wont be back anytime soon. Peace i went for and still left with a headache should of stayed at home with the mrs.

Lovely place - helpful staff and good facilities.  Great location in Brigg and convenient for everything.  All you could need is provided for self catering but lots of places to eat right on yr doorstep

The property is quite nice, it has a big common area, a commerical grade kitchen for guests to use and set in a nice part of town with cafes and bars on your door step. Plenty of parking at the property as well. The room I got was pretty nice, had a view onto the river, decent size and had a bathroom, though no shower. But the shared showers were close by. The bed was way too soft for my liking, this was due to having a soft mattress on a soft base. I ended up pulling it onto the floor. Also although the room and property was very quiet, in the evening I could hear the person next door on their phone perfectly. I could have joined in the conversation. In the morning he got up at 6am and I could hear him getting ready in his room and heard his phone alarm go off at 6.30, could even hear the noise of the phone vibrating. So overall it is a good property, not sure if the other rooms have  walls as thin as this one but something to bare in mind.

Nice simple accommodation but thin walls

When I booked this I had the option to pay at the hotel, so I pick the option to pay at hotel. The post code on Hotel.com does not tally with the address of the hotel. I don’t a great experience and I probably won’t stay again. Jan was amazing

Complete nightmare

I cannot convey strongly enough how disgusting this place is blood stained headboards that have clearly been up since the world war ( the first one ), rude staff, windows that don’t close , no hot water broken furniture , dirty utensils , broken light fittings and actual poo in the kettle. Pretty sure I’m going to end up with some sort of rash/ disease due to sanitation conditions similar to those of a homeless crack head. 

Also some mentally ill woman walks around the hall ways screaming and rambling at any time of the night. I would not ever stay there again. I almost quit my job as my employer would not rebook me into a cleaner hotel. I did inform my boss that I would resign if he insisted that I stay there again.”

absolutely disgusted , the owner jan  said i had to leave as she didnt want people with my ethnic background in her property 😡😡. as i had booked the room she didnt know i was pakistani , and made it clear on first visit that she did not want me there
